Prompt and and quality job.

They are extremely high cost, fast service and probably really good in an emergency. Did not want to work with a RO system

They did very well. Got there on time

We woke up to a severe water leak in our house. Jeramy worked around Service Master as they were trying to contain the damage. He located the problem and had it taken care of immediately. Thank You.

They showed up late, and tried to charge me an unfair amount for what they did. Not happy at all.

I made an appointment and it was a huge window to have for availability which was from 12-6. I felt like they could narrow it down better, however, they ended up calling me at almost 4 in the afternoon and rescheduled because their plumbers weren't getting done with their jobs for the day in time to make it to my appointment. I had them come out the next morning and the quote they gave me was $200 more than my previous plumber but I had already taken off work to be available for the previous day and would have lost more than the $200.00 to take off again for another appointment. So I had them go ahead and do the work. They did a nice job, but it wasn't any better than my previous plumber. Not worth the time or money

Very Professional and fair pricing.

I thought they maybe able to do some minor plumbing. But they said they didn't have the tools to do that. I did t realize that they would only send a drain tech otherwise I needed a plumber for this job 😟

Awesome service!

I needed to replace my sewer line. ARS Rescue Rooter was quick, efficient and the people I spoke with were friendly. Having said that, I just wish that sewer line would have lasted either until I sold the house or I died.

John...the serviceman was GREAT

The tech, Chris, was great. He cleared the basement drain in short order., was on time and friendly. The only problem I had was that they charged my card twice. I just happened to check my account, or I may not have noticed. 10 days had elapsed and they didn't notice. It took a little while to arrange to get a refund., but after asking for the general manager, things were ironed out. The timing and quality of their work was very good. I would use them again.

They came when they said they would, explained the estimate, did the work, and cleaned up after themselves. What more could I ask?

The two installers were great

water heater was a bit pricey, but work,, speed and customer service were excellent
