Picked up a rick of Firewood back in October. The wood was not seasoned enough for a indoor fire place. Not saying it was bad wood, just was probably better suited for a out door camp fire verse an indoor fireplace. Called Saturday morning and explained the situation. Received a return call from one of the managers with in an hour. They told me to bring the wood back in and exchange it for something more seasoned. Arrived at there shop and was quickly taken care off. They not only exchanged the rick but also gave me cherry instead of what I had before. All in all a good experience. It was a slight inconvenience to have to re stack all the wood, but it was my fault for not being more specific about what I needed the wood for in the first place.

They were excellent. They transformed my landscape and it looks beautiful. The crew was the hardest working group of individuals that I have ever seen. They had 6 or 7 people working on it at one time and got the job done in 2 days. It was well worth the money.

They did an excellent job. They showed up on time and quickly performed all of the work. I was really impressed by how quickly they were able to complet the job. I will definitely use them in the future for my landscaping needs.

It would have been nice to have some sort of follow up contact.

We had Andreas some out remove sod from an area in our yard, then dig in new soil and compost so we could plant a flower bed. They also dug out an old tree stump. The workers did a good job, just as we had discussed, came on time and cleaned up well. The problem came a few months later after I had planted perennials in the new bed. Thousands upon thousands of little weeds, which looked to me like marigolds, began coming up. These were specific to the new bed, not in any of our other garden beds so I knew they had to have come from the new soil or compost. I spoke with Amy and she wanted to do whatever it took to make us happy. The same day she sent out two guys to completely pull out all the "weeds" and to spread something so more would not come up.

The wood was aged, of exactly the right size for buring in the stove, and provided a variety of types (oak, ash, etc.). The day the wood was promised, my husband found out Andrea's was closed, so he called to leave a message to remind them to deliver it as soon as they opened again. However, as soon as he got off the phone, the truck pulled up, the wood was unloaded and stacked for us neatly exactly where we wanted it. We were delighted they kept the appointment even on a day they were closed. We've done business with Andrea's before (previous wood deliveries, flowers and plants) and always been very pleased with their professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness. They encourage us to bring our dog (leashed) when we browse in the summer plant selection. Would highly recommend Andrea's to ANYONE!it

They were exceptional with the work. The people that came out were very helpful in helping us determine what types of plants to use as we have a lot of deer in our area.

They have very good mulch. I have been using them for the last couple years. The mulch is a little higher there, but it's a very fine dark mulch. I pay for the quality.

We are very impressed with the owners and the crew they have.  They were always on time and very nice to work with.  We highly recommend them and will use their services again.

It went very well.  The lanscaper gave us ideas as to what plants would work in the front yard.  The workers were very professional.  We get our Christmas trees from Andrea's every year and go back every spring/ summer to fill our flower pots.  Everyone who works there is very helpful.

We use them on a regular basis.  We keep going back because it's a small business in there.  They are friendly and they have got what we like.  They have got good stuff.  The trees are more expensive, but they are much higher quality than what you get at a home improvement store.  The staff is very friendly and very professional.  It is owned by a man and a woman.  I don't know if they know our names, but they recognize us.  My parents actually also live in the neighborhood nearby and they do their snow removal for them as well.  It's a little bit like a mom and pop store.  They have got several other staff as well but you always pretty much see either of the couple that own the store.  They are probably in their late thirties.  It's a kind of a homey environment.  They are very professional.  It's a small business.  We have definitely spent a lot more before.  They are definitely a really good company to go to for decorations and plants.

I tried various tree nurserys for estimates to move this small tree for me and all wanted to remove a fence and bring in their fancy     equipment to move this small tree for me.  I felt that as small as this tree was it could be hand dug and moved not requiring all of the sophisticated and costly equipment.  Andrea's people proved me right.  Although it did require three able bodied men to accomplish this, they pulled it off without a hitch while saving me considerable money.  The men did have to struggle somewhat as the root system was larger than anticipated.  My hats off to these hard working gentlemen for their work.

They are locally owned and convenient. Their price was fine and I plan to use them again in the future.

We scheduled Andrea's to come out for a consult on landscaping in May & didn't call.  They only apologized & I re-scheduled with them, again, in July.  Both times they didn't show up nor did they call.  We've ordered mulch over the phone w/them twice before & had not problem w/delivery. Perhaps the mulch is delivered by an independent person.  We were very, very disappointed!!!

They spread the the soil in they areas that we pointed out.  They were very polite and efficient.  They garden areas looked very nice when they finished.

We ordered the gravel in person at the store and they assisted me with picking the correct 2 types of gravel needed.  We were satisfied with the job.

I called to get a quote on mulch application.  They said they would call but never responded.  We called them again and they said they would be out after a delivery they had.  After waiting 4 hours, we called to inquire when they would arrive.  They said about 1 to 1 and a half hours.  They never showed up.  If they did not want the job, they should have said so.  We wasted an entire day waiting.  Because we live nearby, we wanted to shop local for this service.  I would not recommend this company.

During a mulch delivery, one of the consultants from Andrea's Garden walked our property and provided suggestions for how to better manage run off from neighboring yards.  He also mentioned that Andrea's Garden provides free landscape design.  He provided an estimate for labor and estimated the materials on the spot.  We were able to do this work ourselves.  His recommendation has worked perfectly - even on the day that we had over 4" in one day!  With that area under control, we could now move forward with improving the general landscaping.
The free landscape design was wonderful!  I provided a rough sketch of the house and property and they took it from there. The next I stopped in and was presented with a fantastic design.  The designer provided several options for the side yard that incorporated various hardscape solutions.  She walked me around and discussed the attributes of each plant and some alternative selections. Her selection and placement of plants as well as the shape of the new beds have transformed a stodgy stuffy formal look into a soft and inviting yard with lovely curb appeal.
The installation of the new planting bed and "anchor" plants was quick and perfectly executed.  My family and neighbors can't stop complimenting us on how quickly the yard has been transformed.

I was satisfied with all of their services.  I actually took them this year again.  The workers were very responsive and very polite.  They made sure that they did the right things.  They didn't pull any plants that weren't supposed to be pulled when they were weeding.  I would recommend them to others.
