ALL POINTS TREE SERVICE

We have had them before and they do a good job. They came out and assessed everything. We went through about what they are going to do in a day and they did a very good job of cleaning and hauling it away. Everything was very satisfying. I will continue to use them because I have been using them for years.

the work was great, we really appreciated the fact that they pointed out some of the landscape lighting that they accidentally broke while they were working in the yard and really appreciated it when they fixed them as well. some companies don't care when they break stuff and even worse don't bring it to the owners attention when it happens until it's too late and there's nothing that can be done. i think all points tree service will be around for a while and will keep their customers because they do quality work and they are just honest people which is hard to come by in these days. I've used All Point in the past for firewood and have always been satisfied. They delivered a rick of wood and stacked it at the back of my property. I didn't have to be home and they just left a bill which I paid by mail. The quality of the wood has been very good. It is well seasoned and burns well.

Our phone conversation was cordial, and helpful. We have ordered firewood from them in previous years, and their work is just as good now as it has been in the past. The wood is mature and burns well. We are pleased with their service.

Excellent, professional work. Five men worked for two hours. They came when they said they would and worked non-stop. The trees look much better after the pruning.

They are very responsive. They also do tree trimming and do a great job! They know what they are doing and do it well. They are very knowledgeable.

Not first time using this company. They show up on time, perform the services agreed upon and if there is anything the customer thinks is not correct, they will promptly return and complete the work to the complete satisfaction of the customer. Tree trimming is dirty work (meaning lots of sawdust and wood debris) but they cleaned up all debris and left the property in great order, considering the amount of work that was done. They are cost competitive and I cannot say enough about the great job they did.....trees look great and we are feeling much safer with the two large trees that were cabled. We worked with Jared Wainwright and he was professional and accommodating from beginning to end. You will not be disappointed in this company.

Again this year we ordered firewood from All Points. The service is profession from the first phone call all the way to the stacking of the wood. The wood was delivered as ordered and as scheduled. Great service.

I interviewed many tree services before hiring anyone and by far they were the best people to work with. When you want a quality job at a reasonable price CALL THEM!

They do a good job from beginning to end. Every time we call them, once the job is done, they look at other things. They explain things to us. We spent $75. We have compared their prices with other places and they are not the cheapest. We will use this company in the future.

It was perfect. They did everything they said they were going to do and did it sooner than they said they would. The quotes I got ranged from $700 to $1,400. I had a lot of questions about insurance and bonding in case there was any damage to the house and how we would proceed from there. They were very patient and understanding. They answered my questions and I didn't feel like I was putting them off. The owner got on the phone and talked to me for a while. Their quote was reasonable in comparison to the other four quotes that I got.

He is very cautious and very concerned. He is very efficient and has an excellent bedside manner. We trust him implicitly. He wants to double check that everything is okay. For example, I had a surgery and he wanted to make sure that a cardiologist checks me out before I had the general anesthetic.

They're very personable and I think they're good honest people to work with. They get the job done. Sometimes there are weather delays, but they always keep me informed.

They were very responsive and called immediately for more detail. They came out and looked at the job the same day. We received an estimate via email the following day. The price was very reasonable and in the range we expected. They were also recommended by another Angie's List service provider, who we had initially contacted with our request, but did not perform this service. I have no doubt they would have done an excellent job, we just found another firm who did the same work more cheaply.

Fine. I was present and they did exactly as I asked. I pointed out the trees and brush I wanted to take down.

The first time this company did snow removal their representative gave me a fair estimate and performed the job just as I asked. I then asked to be put on their list for snow removal when more than 4 inches of snow accumualted. The next heavy snow fall the owner and his wife came to remove the snow and he was verbally abusive and hostile. He stated that I could not expect them to do the job for what was estimated. I calmly reinterated that his company representative (his son, I found out) was the one who gave me the estimate and I was going on what I figured was an expert's recommendation. He angrily fired back that his son was just a boy (he appeared to be in his thirties) and that he didn't know better. He continued to state that I should have known that this was not what should be charged. And he did this from the driver's seat of his running truck while his wife was hand shovelling an area of my drive. Eventually I told him that since this was such a problem that he did not need to finish the job and I would pay him and he should leave. I went in to get my check book and when I came back out he was now snowblowing another section of my drive. I told him to stop and offered my check. He said he was going to clear the drive. I told him no, I did not want him to do any more and to take my check and leave. He said "Lady, why do you have to take such an attitude?" and waved me off. I then ordered him to leave and he did. I sent the check to his business and as far as I am concerned I will never use or recommend this firm for anything. His attitude was threatening and hostile and totally uncalled for.

They arrived when promised removed the tree and stump and carefully cleaned up the debris. Very professional.

I would recommend All Points to anyone. Jared came out the day after I contacted the company to give me an estimate. He was professional and walked with me throughout our large yard (we have 20 plus trees) and helped me decide what needed to be done. You could tell he cared abut his job and trees, not wanting us to take down anything that didn't need to be removed. Their estimate was $100 cheaper than another service, but $50 dollars more than another. I went with All Points because the company who was less expensive couldn't make the time to actually meet with me in person. I appreciated that Jared did. I was the difficult one in terms of scheduling the job. They came out in the morning and had the work done in only a few hours. They did put some divots in the yard, but fixed them as soon as I pointed them out. They were super courteous and apologetic (I really saw no need to apologize, we do have a difficult driveway). They also sent out a tree specialist to give me advice on the best way to care for our trees. He made some suggestions that would not cost much money. Again, he was helpful and informative. This was an all around pleasant experience. I would like to thank everyone we worked with.

They were reliable, timely and good communicators. They also billed in a timely fashion - even during a very busy time weather-wise. They took the time to plow around the mailbox which I and our mailman appreciates!
