Description of Work: I spoke with a very nice lady who gave me much of the information I needed about the firewood and told me she would call me as soon as they could schedule the delivery. The next day I received a call stating they could come that day if possible. The gentleman was at my house within 30 min. with two ricks of very dry firewood. The wood appears to that it will easily burn. We both stacked the wood and everything was cleaned up. The only thing I would have changed was that a lot of the length of the wood is a bit longer than I normally had received from a past company. I have a old fireplace that is not as big as the new ones built now but it will still fit. Overall, the experience was good and the people I dealt with were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER FOCUSED.
Description of Work: I USED ALL POINTS TREE SERVICE FOR FIREWOOD AGAIN THIS YEAR. THE DRIVEWAY WAS CLEAN. THEY PLACED THE FIREWOOD IN THE WRONG LOCATION ONLY TO COME BACK TO PLACE IT IN THE CORRECT LOCATION FOLLOWING ONE PHONE CALL..VERY IMPRESSED. PRICE IS ON HIGH SIDE BUT WORTH THE EXPENSE CONSIDERING THE SERVICE AND CLEAN-UP.
