I ordered firewood. It was delivered and stacked. It is truly seasoned firewood. Burns great, smells great!

Everything was great. They gave me an estimate, and I chose them. We were out of town on a trip when they actually did the work-but everything went well.

This is the 4th time I have hired Larry and his crew. They have the lines marked, provide a good value, do an excellent job and clean the work area when finished. They earn my repeat business because they do a great job every time.

We have been purchasing firewood from this company for several years now, and we have always had good results. The price is competitive, firewood is good quality, and service has always been very good. They stack the wood properly where I wanted it, and clean up after they finish. I would reccommend them to anyone who wants to buy firewood. I would also advise to call early in the season, as they get busy the closer it gets to cold weather.

Started with an excellent visit to see our needs and gave us a thorough education on the condition of our trees and bushes as well as gave us guidance on continued care of them. They did an excellent job of trimming making certain to keep the integrity of the trees and bushes and giving them good shapes. They were efficient, prompt, and all workers were professional.

I MADE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE OWNER TO TRIM A PEAR TREE IN EXCHANGE FOR OUR TRAMPOLINE. HE WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO COME PICK UP THE TRAMPOLINE AND OUR PEAR TREE HAS YET TO BE TRIMMED. I CALLED AND RECIEVED OTHER ESTIMATES AND ALL WERE ABOUT $2,000 LESS THAN ALL POINTS TREE SERVICE.

They came when they said they would come. They did what they said they would do. They were easy to deal with. An unfortunate incident happened when the arm of their truck broke. It got stuck and could not move and it blocked our driveway. They brought the whole team and they did not go until they finally cleared the driveway which was around nine-thirty at night. The next day, the actual owner of the company came out in his truck and cleaned our driveway. There were lots of debris from the repair of the work. I did not ask for it and I did not expect it but he just did it.

I decided to do the cutting myself, but I have already recommended them to my mother for her yard work based on the interactions I had with them.

They are pleasant, know what they are doing, clean up very well, and their prices are fair.

Great service. Would recommend, and will use in the future if the need arises.

They are very nice to work with and they did a great job of shaping the tree, They were very respectful of my bird houses in the tree.

We have been very pleased with their work! Jaren Wainwright, the owner, is always available to give prompt estimates and to oversee that the work is done properly. Their fees, especially for tree removal and trimming, are more reasonable than other companies we've contacted.

I called at 9 a.m. on a Thursday and by 1:30 p.m. I had a rick of firewood neatly stacked in my backyard. I didn't even have to be home. They took my credit card information over the phone. Easy as pie and a great service!

They were very experienced, very careful and did a good job. I will use them again in the future.

The guys were very efficient and professional and did an excellent job of removing the tree and cleaning up the work area when they were finished. We are very impressed with this company and the level of service we received. We would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them to others.

They came when they said they would, did a good job and cleaned up the tree debris afterward. My only problem was that one of their trucks leaked fluid all over my driveway and someone left a leaky chainsaw on the cement apron of my garage causing an oil stain. I called and asked to have someone come out with a pressure washer. to clean up the stains. Larry and one of his men came out to inspect and Larry said they were getting the truck fixed to stop the leak and asked his employee to come back the next day (Sunday) with a pressure washer and clean up the stains. He came the next day but not with a pressure washer. He used a long handled brush and some dishwashing soap and used my hose to rinse it off. It was inefective, but he told me it would bleach out in the sun and left.

Larry was great to work wtih and I was very happy with the results. Despite them being booked for weeks, Larry made sure that the work was completed prior to a party at my home. I would recommend this company and use again.

Storm on June 4 blew a very large limb down on power wired. I phoned on Sunday morning and was told that they would stop by after church. Mid-morning, another man from the company stopped by to check to see if he could do the work himself. From the way he was dressed (pants hanging low), I almost canceled this company. Later in the day, the owner, Larry came by and said that a crew would be out on Monday morning. I aslo asked Larry to give me estimates on removing the tree that had the fallen limb and other tree work. On Monday, a team came and removed the limb in my yard and the part that fell into my next-door neighbor's yard. My neighbor is eldery and asked them to remove additional branches that had not fallen from my tree, but they did it any way. This crew did not have to have the power company let the wires down. Since this was an emergency, I have no way of knowing is $300 is a good price for the work.

I had an estimate around June 5 and was told that they would call and work me into the schedule. I was not provided with a written estimate of the work to be done. I told them that I would need to coordinate any date with my elderly neighbor since they would need to down her power lines and work in her yard. Meanwhile, I obtained estimates from two other companies. All three estimates were within $100. I had not made a decision on what company I would use since I was dealing with many repairs from storm damage. One June 22, I received a call saying that they would be coming the next day. I decided to use them since all the estimates were similar. I reminded them that I had told them I needed advance notice to tell my neighbor. On short notice, my neighbor agreed to the removal date. I also reminded her that I had not yet gotten the written estimate. She emailed it to me. For $25 they agreed to remove one additional bush. I thought that this was a bit unprofessional - giving me less than 24 hours notice to work things out with my elderly neighbor who rarely leaves her house. On June 23, most of the work was completed. The yard was very clean. I could hardly tell that they had been there. Only one of the two large tree stumps had been removed. When, I inquired about why only one stump was removed and was told that I was the work I was quoted; however, the written estimate that was sent the day prior listed stumps (plural). When I spoke with the owner, Larry, he agreed to remove the second stump, but said that the written estimate was a mistake. I paid them after all the work was completed about a week later. I am not sure that I would use them again unless I had the written estimate in advance (more than 24 hours)

The gentleman was very conscientious and his price was very good. He did just awesome work. He did a good job with the tree. His price was comparable with the other estimates we got. His price was actually the lowest price. He did an excellent job. We would definitely call him again if we need tree service and we would recommend him. He was very good and he cleaned up all the limbs and everything. He disposed of them and didn't leave anything in our yard. We really appreciated that. He was very friendly. He came when he said he would. He did the work he said he would do in the time he said. He made an appointment to come and do the appraisal. Then he made an appointment to do the work and he was very punctual. He sent us a bill and didn't ask to be paid right on the spot. We tried to, but he said that was how he operated. It was very good and we really liked the man. We have recommended him a couple of times to other people.

Jarrod came out last winter to give me an estimate on the work, but I just never got around to getting them out here. I called again a couple of weeks ago- my tail between my legs and Jarrod cheerfully came out again. The list of things I would like done was huge and he looked at the work again and made several suggestions about how to get it all done. I decided to start with the biggest part of the project and he reported that the crew would get out in the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, I was also working with a gutter company who (once I mentioned tree work) didn't want to come until the tree work was done. I called Susan and explained the situation and true to Jarrod's word, they gave me a date, just shy of two weeks out. The crew came yesterday while I was at work. They did exactly what Jarrod proposed and cleaned up not only after themselves, but to my disbelief- every last limb in the yard! I have probably close to 30 trees on my property, so one can imagine the debris that I have each year. I just couldn't believe that any crew could be so thorough. They left it in better condition than when they arrived and in my case, that was above and beyond the call of duty. Instead of joining in on the neighborhood and quot;chipping partyand quot; this year.... I can move on to other outdoor projects!

Jarad from All Points Tree Service had the best solutions and the best price for the work that I needed done. During the walk through of what I needed done, Jarad gave me different solutions for some of the trimming needs that I had. I had to stay within a budget, and there was more work than I could afford to have done for this season. I pointed out all of the work I wanted done, and Jarad worked with me to get the most critical issues taken care of within my budget. Due to the excess of rainy days this Spring, we had to reschedule and Jarad was very responsive to working around my ability to get time off so I could be there. The day they were able to come out was basically the first dry moments we had had in over 2 weeks. They were very careful to minimize yard damage since the ground was completely saturated and their equipment could have easily destroyed my yard. Because of some unforeseen issues, like a stump grinder deciding not to grind causing a delay waiting on a replacement, they continued to work late, never once complaining. They were here nearly 12 hours total. They were all very professional, courteous, and appreciative of my business. I know when I have my next round of tree work done, I won't bother getting 3 quotes again. Jarad and his team have earned my future business!
