Description of Work: I have purchased firewood from them for many years. Sometimes it came the same day or a day or two later. When I called this year what had always been a pleasant greeting had turned into a I can't be bothered attitude. The person who answered the phone informed me it would be several weeks before they could get me any wood. He clearly was uninterested as am I with this company.
