They are very reliable. They call ahead to let me know when they are coming.

I was pleased in that the price was reasonable and they did a good job cleaning everything up. However, the tree was lying across my neighbor's driveway and despite that (they knew that because they saw it when the came by to give me the estimate for removal) I had to call after waiting a week to tell them they needed to make me one of their priorities. Fortunately, they came that day but my neighbors weren't pleased.

On one occasion, we called the All Points owner after a very bad storm (trees were down all over town) indicating that we had a large tree limb down on our deck and gazebo. We were having a party in three days and All Points showed up to remove the tree within a day or two even though they were backed up and very busy. Larry is very responsive and the quality of work is excellent. Pricing is reasonable. We have used three different tree services on various small to large jobs and All Points is generally our preferred tree service company.

Contacted company to deliver a rick of wood. They knew I was a previous customer and let me know they had a price increase over the prior year. The price increase amounted to $5. A small price to pay for the quality of their wood and their service. They delivered the wood the day I ordered it. They removed the old wood from my stack and put the new wood on the bottom and then put the older wood on top. There was no charge for this service. The wood they delivered was aged and can be burned immediately. They are a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to everyone.

I use All Points for delivery of firewood several times a year. I orginally learned they deliver firewood when I used them to trim my trees a few years ago. I was looking for a reputable company that was certified as arborists, so I would not get the kind of chop-job that IPL does on trees. When Larry first came to give me an estimate, I learned exactly what type of maple trees I had and that one required all leaves to be off, before any trimming should take place. Larry had his crew out late November to trim 2 trees. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work. They did exactly what they said they would do and did an outstanding job of clean-up afterwards. They trimmed a large amount from each tree, but had I not seen it for myself, I really wouldn't have noticed, since it was done correctly and not chopped all up. I plan to use All Points again this year on my trees.

The person who answered the phone was polite and knowledgeable. I had a specific time when I hoped the wood could be delivered (which happened to be the very next day) and they were able to accommodate me. They called again shortly before the delivery which I appreciated. The wood was stacked neatly where I wanted it. It looks dry and seasoned, I am looking forward to trying it.

This company is fabulous. They did a great job cleaning everything from our yard for the end of fall clean up. We have tried to duplicate their work to no avail. Hire these people if you want your yard to be free of debris and look great.

I talked to six companies; this company had one of the two best presentations, we discussed it pretty thoroughly. His price was not the lowest and not the highest. I chose on how I felt about their representative and they did a good job.

They came out, checked what kind of bugs we had on the trees, and came back and sprayed them. They called to tell me they were coming and did a great job. I have used them for several years, and will continue to use them in the future.

They did a good job. They completely removed the stump and cleaned up the site.

Larry the owner came to give an estimate quickly even tho he was recovering from the flu. His crew was busy and exhausted, but they were here doing the work within the week. I wanted another tree trimmed and they explained it would be better for me financially and the tree to do it a different way. I was pleased!

Larry fit us in around his storm damage removal work and did the job within a week of the time we called. He came with the crew to get them started. The crew was efficient and cleaned up the area before leaving.

They came and did what they said they would do and were very professional. They did a good job. Larry was the man who came and we liked him, and would use them again.

I was not here when they did the work and to their credit I would not have known they had been here had I not looked up at my trees. He was a very nice man and came up the next day to get the money. The people that answered the phone were very polite and I must say that overall it was a very good experience. I would highly recommend this company and plan on having them back to do more work for me.

They did the service well, promptly, and reasonably. Larry's a really nice guy.

Crew foreman listened very carefully to instructions and asked questions whenever there was uncertainty. Whole crew worked very hard to avoid collateral damage although some was unavoidable due to soft ground. Estimate was lowest of three obtained. All personnel were professional, courteous and approachable. Cleanup was excellent. All work was accomplished in a timely manner.

They are excellent. The price is the best in town. Very professional, very skilled. They clean up after themselves. They leave your yard immaculate. The owner comes out on site.

They were very good. The wood was dry. They used sized pieces, lots of fruit wood which gave a good fragrance.

I called them on Monday, the day after the storm to get an estimate. They came out that day with the estimate and said they could remove the tree by the end of the week. On Tuesday, the tree was gone! They did an excellent job of removing the tree and cleaning up. They even took some branches we had piled up on the driveway. We would not hesitate to call them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Estimate was prompt. They came when they said they would, performed the work as agreed upon, and cleaned up very well. I would use them again.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY CAME AND STACKED THIS WOOD ON OUR PORCH. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND DID NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND FOR US TO CLEAN UP. I LIKED THAT A LOT.

Job 1: The response to my phone call was cordial. Delivery was on schedule, as we discussed on the phone. Douglas did a great job stacking the wood exactly where I wanted it. He identified the kinds of wood, and said it was all seasoned. We've gotten wood from them before, and it has been very satisfactory. Job 2: Phone calls were very cordial. The wood was delivered on the date and at the time we agreed on. The man who delivered it has worked at the company for many years, and is proud and pleased to be working there. He advised me to ask for kindling ahead of time next time, and he would bring it at no extra cost.

GOOD EXPERIENCE, WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.
