ALL POINTS TREE SERVICE

Great as usual. I have used All Points several times. Their prices are the best, their work is neat, and the customer service is excellent.

We had a 70 foot hickory shag bark tree in our back yard. We do not have direct access to the tree, so it was difficult to get to. We called All Points on a Friday, they gave us the estimate on Monday. It was the lowest of 4 other tree removal businesses on Angie's List. They also trimmed all the trees in the backyard by cutting some of the lower limbs and ground the stump and another older tree stump that had been removed, but the company did not do a good job getting the whole stump ground. The guys that performed the work were very courteous and professional. They cleaned up the backyard and driveway. We were very impressed with the whole experience including their office staff who were great to deal with.

It was a small job, but they were good with everything they did. We would use them again.

They came out on one of the coldest days of the year. I called and told them they could reschedule if they needed to but they didn't. They did a really nice job on trimming and cleaned up well. I got the trees trimmed right before the March ice storm. I would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Great! Very personable staff who were prompt and courteous. The wood itself was excellent quality.

They were prompt in delivery and I did not have to wait all day. They did a good job.

The crew arrived on time and got right to work; did a great job cleaning debris. They also took some branches I had stacked.

They removed all the trees, vines and debris that were designated by me and my landscaper. They were thorough and cleaned up very nicely. I have used them twice since my original call and have had continued good experiences.

They did a superb job. They looked at the structure of the tree carefully to decide what they are going to trim off. They will have someone on staff to do hand trimming but today they used hedge trimmers on the shrub. I would like for them to have done the hand trimming, but they told me that they will have someone on staff for that soon. The price was very reasonable. The clean up was excellent after the service was finished. Larry the owner is wonderful to work with. The crew was very efficient and accommodating. Larry himself came out to fix the rough cuts from the hedge trimmers after I had left a message that we were not happy with the bushes. He was out of town when the work was actually being done. He's such a nice gentleman and was pleasant even though he had to come to fix the issues.

The owner, Mr. Wainwright, was punctual in arriving to assess what we needed done in order to give us an estimate. We received a detailed written estimate in the mail within two or three days. After deciding which items were the most pressing, we contacted All Points to schedule the work. They showed up early on the scheduled day and began the work. Mr. Wainwright stopped by personally to check on the crew. We are very pleased with the work and the cleanup. When they left, the only evidence that they had been here was the absence of dead limbs and the neat appearance of the trees.

Overall, it went well. They phoned before leaving their office, giving me advance notice. The unloaded the firewood quickly. Part of the stack fell because the end of the stack wasn't secured, but they restacked it. The two guys were nice and cleaned up the minor amount of debris before leaving. As for the quality of the firewood, I'll know whether or not it's really seasoned when I attempt to use it in November.

They were competitive in price, very punctual, cleaned up well, and all workers were very courteous.

Excellent job. I was worried about something falling on the house but I don't think so much as a twig landed on the roof. I have used them a number of times (we live in woods) and have always been satisfied.

Showed up on time, worked straight through the project (6 hours), cleaned up nicely afterward. The tree was very close to the house and garage and had to be taken down piece by piece. This was done safely with minimal impact on surrounding landscaping. They could have been a bit more careful about vines growing in the vicinity of the base of the tree, but that was the only problem.

They were very thorough and professional. They took there time to do the job right and cleaned up well when finished.

Communication was good and the quote/scheduling process went quickly. Some employees were out to do the work a few days later. Something to note: "Removal" only means cutting down with a chainsaw. It does not include removal of the stumps or roots. I didn't realize this when I scheduled the work.

They are outstanding. The price they gave was lower than all the quotes I received. They are very prompt professional, and their clean up is very good. I have used them for years and I will continue to do so.

Overall, I was very pleased with All Points. They were very punctual on giving me an estimate. I had 4-5 and they were the lowest. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I did have to call and have them mail me a printed copy, but they did this very quickly. The work was scheduled about 2 weeks from the time I requested the service. The crew was very professional and made sure that the house was protected. They removed the tree and the stump in about a day. I was "talked" - a bit pressured into leaving all the mulch from the stump as I did not think they wanted to do the work to load it up (I think they had another job), but it was a lot and the pieces were a bit big to be used for mulch. Overall, I was happy and will use them again.

All Points showed up on time with a bucket truck and a crew of 6-8. They started work immediately. Mr. Wainwright was there each step of the way supervising everything that needed done. It was a very difficult job considering the danger of the tree falling and the fact that it was located on the back side of a piece of property with only one way in and out. Within a couple of hours the tree was down. Absolutely nothing had been damaged! Each step of the way Mr. Wainwright explained to me what they were doing and why. When finished they cleaned up everything, put outdoor furniture back. Used a blower to clean off the roof of the garage and shed. Through the whole process they were polite, accommodating and friendly. When backing the bucket truck out onto a narrow street they laid down boards on a section of grass to keep from making tire tracks. This is the best outfit I have ever used! Mr. Wainwright is a class act! He is one of those people you don't find much anymore.

Their work was excellent. The people were great through all phases. I have to give them the best reviews.
