ALL POINTS TREE SERVICE

I left a message at 5am on a Saturday morning and received a call back by 8am. I was provided with an estimate and told that someone would arrive to clear the driveway that morning. The driver showed up within a couple of hours and we were charged within the range provided in the estimate. Given the storm that had hit the day before and overnight I was surprised to get a response so quickly let alone to actually have the work completed that day!

The driveway, walks, and patio walk were cleared very well. I provided salt that was put down to take care of any slick areas. The job was completed very neatly and done in a very quick amount of time.

They came that day. They were very informative. They did a good job.

I chose them because they were able to come out quickly and there was a lot of storm damage in this area. The tree was dead and I called them. They came out and gave me a quote in the spring. I thought I would wait till the fall to remove the tree. In the mean time it got hit by the lighting and had to be removed immediately. The only thing I didn’t like about them was that it was kind of emergency situation and they had a lot of other business, so they hiked the price up from the original quote. I would say that the price wasn’t as good as it was originally. They do a good job and clean everything up.

Called for an estimate on Wednesday, received estimate the next day and work was completed the following day. Tree removal was as discussed. All debris was removed. Very professional. I highly recommend this company.

The wood is usually good. When I called last spring, they had some more seasoned wood available. They let you know if they have some "seasoned" wood or if it the newer "green" wood. They do not spilt the wood until it is ordered.

After searching Angie's List for companies that provided firewood, I selected All Points Tree Service because of the referalls their company has received from other members. I called and spoke with Susan who informed me that they could get it delivered within a week or two at the latest and would call me on the day of delivery. Just as promised a week after my initial phone call I received a call from Susan who told me that they would be delivering the wood and was able to coordinate the delivery very easily. They did a great job stacking the wood and cleaning up, and I am happy with the quality of service provided by this company. I will be calling them again in the future.

They came in and sprayed them for us the very next day. They have also done treatments for several trees in our yard. They have trimmed the branches for us when we needed. We have two acre lot so they have plenty of trees to take care for us. We have trees that get hit by lightening so occasionally they have to come out and cut the branches off or give vitamin treatments to them. They do that regularly for us.

I had used this company before and was happy with my previous experience. After contacting them by phone this time, I was promptly scheduled for the tree trimming. The crabapple tree had gotten out of hand and limbs were very low hanging, making mowing difficult. They trimmed it nicely, and kept it natural looking. The pine and pin oak were also trimmed neatly. Following service, Nathan contacted me to provide information and suggestions on the problem with the dead area of the pin oak tree.

Called to schedule a delivery - they still had me in their database (including the location of my wood rack)- even though it had been 4-5 years since my last call. Was told it would be a few days since they were doing a lot of storm damage repair- they kept calling back with updates and I got on the schedule in about a week. The delivery man was right on time and very friendly and curteous and did a good job with the stacking. The wood was well seasoned and burned well.

Large tree was damaged by a storm on a Friday evening. We called them late Saturday afternoon. They sent someone out Sat afternoon to give us an estimate and they did the work the following Monday. This is the 2nd time we have used them in the last 3 years. Very satisfied from start to finish. We were very impressed with the office staff and the gentlemen that did the work. The clean up was fantastic!

The work was scheduled as a single trip, they called before they came, arrived on time, did the work and cleaned up as requested.

They were very nice and polite. Had used them before. But the wood is not burning well at all. Appears that it has not been seasoned. when I called they mentioned having wood but that it needed to be split. I will follow up and hopefully they will make good on the wood.

Larry came out and gave me an estimate on Tuesday and took down the trees on Wednesday. Steve, his crew leader, was professional and answered all my questions. I was amazed at their ability to remove the trees without damaging the house or the shrubs around the house.

They come out when they say they would. Cleaned everything up and they hall away the debris. Princes are reasonable. They seem to be very careful about not harming any of your property and sensitive to your landscaping.

Good wood and dry. They did a really good job. My wife was home and said they were very nice and polite.

They stack up the firewood where you want it. They had done it previously, really well seasoned, great wood. Really reasonable prices. I left the check on the back door and it was done.

Deb delivered it right on time. She stacked exactly where needed in the garage under the window, and was fast and neat. In addition, at no extra charge, she left a nice pile of kindling. She is a hard-working, lovely person of integrity. (I just hope I remembered her name correctly).

Everything went great. I called and left a message which they returned promptly. I scheduled the delivery and told them where to stack the wood. They obviously had my previous records since they questioned where to stack the wood(I had changed the location from a previous order). We were not home on the scheduled delivery date but when we got home, the firewood was stacked in the correct spot as requested. We were also happy with the size of the split wood.

We've used them before. The experience was not quite as good as times before. The didn't do the greatest clean-up job. They didn't do all the work to my specifications. They left a lot of divots and a lot of stuff that should've been taken away.

They couldn't get to me right away because this was during the time we had a lot of rain. I'm giving them a B because they missed that. We called 4-5 people on Angie's List and they were the most reasonably priced. I would definitely hire them again.

They wood is always well seasoned hardwood. Their responsiveness is always really good, even when we call in the summer.

They were efficient and stacked the wood for us. They provided us with good quality wood as well. They were also on time.
