20/20 Eye Physicians of Indiana - West 86th Street

I have gone to Dr Michael of this group for 25 years, always receiving the most excellent eye care. The recent appointment was for a laser followup to a recent cataract replacement surgery. When I first went to him, he detected a detached retina and sent me to an excellent specialist for laser and cryogenic re-attachment. Since then, he has followed up and also given normal refraction services, and more recently has replaced cataracts in both eyes with excellent results. My wife has had similar results over the same span of years. He and his office staff have good communication skills and work to make the client comfortable.

I have been going to him for a long time. He is very well-organized and I had to wait for a while for the appointment but he was worth it. He is a good doctor. He is very knowledgeable and he is easy to talk to.

I am diabetic, and Dr. Mark Micahel at 20/20 Eye Physicians has been doing my annual diabetic opthamalogical exam for over ten years now. I've also purchased three pairs of prescription glasses from their office. I've always been very pleased with the treatment and level of service I receive. Dr. Michael and staff are friendly, professional, and caring; the office atmosphere is comfortable; they are wonderful at running "on time" for appointments; and I've never had anny issues at all with insurance processing or billing. I feel like my eyes are in very good hands with them, so to speak! I'll continue to use them, even though I now live in Anderson and have to drive over an hour for my appointments there. It's well worth the trip!

Everything went as I hoped. Friendly front office staff. Very Professional and timely. Dr. Michael was through and took the necessary time. The support staff was excellent. Im hooked. They are now my regular provider.

The doctors are real nice and they take their time. I feel they are very thorough and knowledgeable. They communicate with me and I know what is going on. I have been going to them for a while. They have not done surgery for me as yet but I am thinking of surgery.

I made an appointment for me and my oldest son for regular check-ups. I was due to get bifocals, and it was a first-time check-up for my son. On the way out the door, my wife told me that I was supposed to include my youngest son in the appointment. I had no idea he was to be included, but decided to take him along in case they were able to fit him in with us. The front office staff was extremely nice, and had no problem including my youngest son for his first-time check-up. I just needed to fill out a New Patient form for both sons. The wait time was not long at all. I didn't even have time to settle on a magazine to read before I was called back to the exam room. The assistant was very friendly and we had pleasant conversation during the exam. Then I went to another waiting area before seeing the doctor. My sons filed into that waiting room shortly thereafter following their exams. Again - a short wait until I was directed into another exam room to see the doctor. Dr. Frascella was very pleasant, thorough and efficient, and was patient in answering my questions. Dr. Frascella then saw each of the boys, and when finished reported back to me their results. The check-out process was quick and easy. They have an in-house optical department. They have a good selection of frames at all price levels. I was able to pick out and order my new frames right after my appointment. The salesperson was thorough with taking measurements for the new glasses, double checking everything and explaining all the options without pushing the 'extras'. The whole staff was friendly, courteous and very good with me and the kids. Although I don't go as often as I should (I go to the eye doctor about every three years), I've probably been going to 20/20 for about 20 years and I've always had a good experience.

It went fine. They checked my vision generally since I had not had an eye exam in awhile, and then looked at my eyes more in depth to diagnose the problem. Since I did not have a detached retina, there was no treatment needed.

They were very knowledgeable and didn't do a long procedure. They staff is very nice, but the only things was that I waited for a long time.

He did an excellent job. My experience with him was great.

My last visit went very well. I have been going there for two years. He's very friendly, very considerate, and very professional. He is just great. I have nothing to complain about.

20/20 Eye Physicians of Indiana has taken care of me for the past 40 years. I trust them and think they are fine physicians. The workers there are very professional and are some of the best eye doctors in the Indianapolis area.

They were a little expensive, but very goodoverall.

It went just fine. I had some eye troubles several months ago and I got right in. The staff is very friendly. They have a big office and it is fine. I've never had any problems with them.

I have been going there a long time. I like the doctor I see there. He performed surgery on me years ago. I feel he is professional and friendly. He is a good doctor. The staff is friendly.

A friend recommended this practice to me. I think the doctors are really good. I'm not sure that the choice of glasses is as expensive as other places. I needed an M.D., because I had been on chemo. I needed to see an ophthalmologist, as opposed to an optometrist. The ophthalmologist was really thorough.

Everything went great. Our family has been going to them for about 25 years. We have absolutely not had any problem with the staff. The office is old but clean. Dr. Michael is our optometrist there. Both my husband and I have had a cornea operation, and he has done an excellent job in treating us. They have good facilities there. They have an optician right there form whom you can buy your glasses and if you choose not to go to them you can go elsewhere. There are quite a few doctors there. The availability is good. When my husband had a problem last week he was taken in the next day itself.

Everything goes well with them. He certainly gives me a lot more information that my previous ophthalmologist did, but I would appreciate more time to ask questions at the end. He is very competent, contentious, and is a good doctor though.

They were very professional and we used them twice.

My wife has used 20/20 and this is about my experience with them. I called to get her pupillary distance measurement from them because this information was not on her prescription and is needed in getting new glasses made. This information is in her file and should have been included on her prescription but I was told by 20/20 that they do not give out this information and she would have to come back in at her expense to have this simple two minute procedure done again. Rather than giving me this information I got the runaround..........FYI!

He is competent, professional and he is a great ophthalmologist.
