When Roger, the owner of Stone Fitness Equipment, started to give our treadmill a tune-up, he quickly noticed that we had a severe issue with our frame. Apparently a weld had broken on the frame holding the front bar for the main belt that you run on. We have owned our Nordic Track treadmill for a couple of years but the warranty had run out 9 months ago. He called his contact at Nordic Track and advocated for us since this was clearly a manufacturer problem not a user problem. He made phone calls in front of me and I felt that he put all his influence on our situation. Eventually I was contacted by Nordic Track and they did not stand by their frame. I called Roger back and I worked through a family friend to have the treadmill re-welded properly. After the weld job, Roger came back and did the entire tune-up and now our treadmill is as good as the day we bought it. I do not recall the exact price, but a tune-up is under $100. Roger is nice, easy to work with, and truly knows what he is doing with fitness equipment.

I ordered a treadmill online and foolishly selected basic delivery, then couldn't move the treadmill from my garage. Roger from Stone Fitness and his assistant helped me move the treadmill, and then he assembled and installed it in my room of choice, making sure that it was all appropriately calibrated and aligned. It works great. I e-mailed him on Friday, and he came out on Saturday. He also took away the pallets, which was very helpful. Roger was friendly and knowledgeable, and I received very good customer service. It's good to know that I have someone to call if the machine malfunctions.
