Eventually I was contacted by Nordic Track and they did not stand by their frame. I called Roger back and I worked through a family friend to have the treadmill re-welded properly. After the weld job, Roger came back and did the entire tune-up and now our treadmill is as good as the day we bought it. I do not recall the exact price, but a tune-up is under $100. Roger is nice, easy to work with, and truly knows what he is doing with fitness equipment.
