Very well -- PC Bob is very flexible about scheduling - he has to work around his day job- and was very accommodating to my own schedule. He arrived promptly at my door, identified himself, came in, got to work, and was efficient and helpful about moving old equipment out of the way at the end of the job. It is very helpful to us that PC Bob will come to your location. We had a good computer guy, but he insisted on our delivering the computer to him, and that posed a whole series of problems for us.

Bob was completely professional, and understood that I'm self-employed and getting my laptop up and running was critical to my being able to work. I back-up my laptop almost daily so I wouldn't have lost more than a day's work, but I'm not in a position at the moment to buy new laptop so getting this one fixed was essential. We were able to coordinate schedules for him to come out the next evening, and he arrived on-time and ready to work.
After booting up the laptop and seeing what message I was getting, he began working to access critical files and running diagnostics. He then shut down the laptop and began disassembling it to remove the hard drive and access the files on it through his laptop. He ran additional diagnostics on the drive, then reassembled my laptop and successfully booted up the laptop from an external flash drive. He ran a few more diagnostics, everything showed it was in working order, and I was able to determine that I hadn't lost any of the files I had worked on right before it abruptly shut down.
He was here for a little over an hour and a half, and I was able to begin catching up on work as soon as he left. I worked for a solid 6 hours (well after midnight), and from that night onward, my laptop has been operating properly -- smoothly and efficiently and at an acceptable temperature. Thank you so much, Bob!

It went well. He came after a couple of weeks when we scheduled them. We set up a day and he showed up a week or two later. He was fine and he was very good. He was here on time. He did everything I asked him to do.
He did not go over the $79 deal. As a matter of fact he did not take the two hours that we were entitled to so he is coming back when I?ll call him. He will get some stuff to install so he can make up for the time that we did not consume.

The system works really good now. He was willing to come out on a Saturday, which was better for us. It was very convenient. He saved us from incurring more cost in buying things we didn't need and making the most out of our system.

It was good. Bob was able to make the system run more efficiently and gave me some advice on ways and things that we might want to do going forward. Specifically, he noted that we needed more storage. He was right on time. He is very professional and explained exactly what he was doing and was very efficient.

He was punctual, professional and when there was installing of an update that he did not understand, he called Microsoft. They talked him through it but what made me appreciate this is that he didn't pretend to know it all and when needing assistance, he called. If I called, I would not have known what they were talking about! I will definitely call him for all my computer problems.

Bob is really quiet but professional, prompt, honest, and seemed knowledgeable. For most basic PC services, I'd highly recommend him especially if you are concerned about have someone come to your home.
