The only thing he told me was that my water heater needed a new part. He didn't try to fix it or find someone to get me the part. I found the part on my own at Sear's.I was out of hot water all weekend while I waited for this part to be delivered. Once delivered I called Meyer's and another guy came out and told me the part was not right. He goes out to his car and grabs a vacuum and cleans out the water heater; ignites it and it works. I never needed that part! Why didn't the original guy try to help me? Instead he charged me $100 for just coming to my home. Than I got charged $99 for the second guy. I feel like I got taken.
Had trouble with humidifier not providing any humidity in house. Called them and set up an appointment day and time and they showed up right on time. Problem fixed within an hour. Repair man checked system top to bottom and explained everything.
Prior to that, I had a no heat call in the fall of 2013 and called them out. NIPSCO had shut us off because of a crack in our heat exchanger. Talked to their service dept. on a Monday, explained everything and they bent over back words for me because I had an elderly parent living with me and we needed the heat. They got the part for me and had it installed by Wednesday. Was very happy with them and they have won me for continued service.

No one came and no one called. I called after service phone number to see if they were coming and no one called me back.
