I was having trouble with my phone dropping calls and they helped me do a reset on it and now it work like it should and I didn't loose any data I had on the phone.

We get unlimited data, talk and text with Verizon Wireless. They tried to have us to change plans. We are getting a good deal for what we pay for today. I've not had any issues with the cell service. I did 5 years ago but they were very prompt in getting that situation taken care of. The internet service is good and fast.

I went to the Greenwood store during my lunch break yesterday to see if they could do anything. I told them what happened and they said if they had the phone, they would be able to replace it but it would be a $35 restocking fee. I said ok, but I want them to call Customer Service so they will refund that fee. Adam, the Verizon rep, looked up my account. They did not have the phone available in the store yet. Instead of telling me he couldn't help, he called Customer Service and talked to the phone rep. They fixed everything over the phone, were able to overnight me the correct phone and Adam took the old phone to send back to the warehouse. I know that the reps at the store don't get anything for helping customers that have issues from the call center, but this representative was happy to do everything he could to make it right. I learned my lesson to always go into the store vs. calling over the phone!
Description of Work: I called Verizon's 800# on Sunday to order a new phone. The phone I wanted was not available in stores yet. I received the phone on Wednesday evening and it was the wrong phone, and they charged me an extra $100. I verified with the girl on the phone that I was getting the 16gb razr, not the 32gb razr 3 times. I called the 800# Wednesday night and they said that I have to send the phone back and when they receive it they will start the order all over again. I told her I would go into a store the next day. It was not my fault that they messed the order up and I wasn't going to wait weeks for a new phone.

Overall, it went well. I was in the store for nearly 2 hours. I wouldn't trade Verizon for any other service. I love their service but the "wait in line" was not good. The girl that waited on me was awesome. She was very helpful and I'm glad I had her help me.

I spend two-hundred and forty dollars per month. We have a lot of extra features, i.e. navigation, GPS, and text messaging. It is excellent. We would not change. We never had a problem getting a signal. We are very pleased with them. We have been with them for about ten years.

The staff is EXTREMELY professional! We were treated like royalty. I was advised on a phone based on my needs, not the most expensive one. When I was having trouble with my service, the staff was attentive and helped me successfully trouble-shoot.

My phone was still under warranty so they replaced it for free. It was friendly and fast service. I will continue to use them in the future as my cellular service provider.
