Ordered flowers for a funeral. Steve's lost the order, and I had to call them from the viewing and memorial service to ask about the order. In response to the call, Steve's did rush an order that arrived just prior to the service. I would not use Steve's again.

The service was wonderful. Steve, the owner came out. He gave advice about having vases ready, and made things so easy. We had taken some artificial flowers to add to the bouquets, and everything turned out great. The service was just perfect. They were delivered on time. My daughter went on her honeymoon, and came back one week later. She said that the flowers looked exactly the same as when they left. If she hadn't had known better, they would have assumed they were fresh. It was above our expectations.

They are an excellent source of flowers and gifts for all occasions and can work very well under extreme pressure and deadlines. Their displays are reasonably priced and always done in extremely good taste. If they are unable to get you exactly what you want they make up for it with something equally as lovely or better. They have become my "forever" florists!

I am so conflicted about Steve's. On the one hand, the product that they deliver is always beautiful and fresh. On the other, the ordering and delivery process is a mess! I've ordered flowers for my grandmother twice, and haven't had an issue. But I ordered flowers for a co-worker last month, and though I gave very clear directions, these weren't given to the driver and the flowers were brought back to the store. They were delivered, eventually, but I really had to express my dismay for Steve's to even offer to try to redeliver that day. Then today, I called to send a floral arrangement to a hospitalized co-worker. First of all, they didn't have my account on file, even though I've ordered flowers at least four or five times from them. This meant that even though I had gotten the order nearly completed, I had to hang up, find my wallet and call back. Then, I got a call that they couldn't send the flowers today, because I hadn't given the "wishes card" info to them. But I had!

THIS IS THE RUDEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I NORMALLY USE ANOTHER FLORIST BUT SINCE THIS WAS A GREENWOOD LOCATION I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE EASIER FOR DELIVERY. WHEN THE FLOWERS WERE NOT RECEIVED THE WOMAN AT STEVES WANTED TO ARGUE WITH ME, TAKING THE DRIVERS SIDE. ANGIES LIST EXISTS TO PREVENT OTHERS FROM SUCH FRUSTRATION.

I USE THEM FOR ALL MY FLORAL WORK. THEY ARE WILLING TO WORK WITHIN A LIMITED BUDGET AND STILL COME UP WITH SOMETHING VERY NICE. THE LAST TIME I NEEDED SOME FLOWERS DELIVERED I DIDNT HAVE THE ADDRESS, JUST AN APPROXIMATE LOCATION OF THE BUILDING. THEY WERE ABLE TO MAKE THE DELIVERY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

RECOMMEND HIGHLY - HAVE A SHOP IN WANAMAKER AS WELL AS TWO OTHERS ON THE SOUTH SIDE - ALSO HAVE GIFTS
