Megan my hygienist was amazing and gentle!! My teeth have never sparkled like they did when I left! Dr. Sauer was more than thorough. He found a spot on my X-ray that no other dentist has before. He suggested a 3D X-ray for a better look. He was concerned that it might have been a cyst. It ended up being my sinus passage that was extra long. Why none of my previous dentist had ever been concerned about it was beyond me but I truly appreciate that they we aware of it. I highly recommend this practice! The staff is awesome also! Very welcoming!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the Dr and staff. I felt very at ease and was treated wonderfully. I'm breaking it off with my other dentist will now be a regular patient.

This was my first visit to Sauer Dentistry following the retirement of our long-time dentist. I cannot say enough positives about Dr. Hardin and the staff. They were personable, welcoming and professional. They did a complete exam and put together a treatment plan. They wanted to make sure that I completely understood their recommendations, but they never pressured me to get more services. It was clear that the decisions were being left to me. Without a doubt I have found a new dental practice that I am comfortable with and would recommend to others.

Great staff. Very professional and courteous. When our 10 year old son had to get two baby teeth extracted Dr. Sauer and his assistant did a great job keeping him distracted while he gave him the Novocain injections. Our son didn't ever realize he got shots. He still thinks that the topical was all that was used. Would recommend this group for anyone looking for a dentist in th CG area.

Dr. Sauer and the entire staff is great! My husband and I have been going here for about 2 years now and every visit has been great. They are very professional and nice, getting to know you so you don't feel like just another patient but a real person. They're punctual (I've not had to wait), the office is clean and very nice. I've had a few filings and they make it as easy as possible. Highly recommend to anyone!

I was comfortable.  The dentist made sure I was numbed before he began working.  I was able to watch the food network while he worked.  Everything was done in a timely and efficient manner.

Fantastic. The front office staff, Aimee and Haley were fantastic about getting not only in on short notice, but moved up to an earlier time day of.
Christy and Megan did a great job getting me ready for Dr Sauer to fill my cavity. The good Dr and his staff did a great job, kept me comfortable (I didn't feel a thing) and I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Since I started going to Dr Sauer I have never had any issues and my kids love going there too. Honestly, none of them fear the dentist any more and I attribute that to Dr Sauer and his great staff.

Dr. Sauer and his team, especially Christy Bailey are amazing. They provide friendly service and make you feel comfortable. While I've never been a fan of visiting the dentist, they provide outstanding service and make you feel comfortable. I live 45 minutes from Dr Sauer's office and it is worth the drive. In fact, those who graduate from dental school should shadow Dr. Sauer and his staff for a week to learn how to effectively manage an office and treat the patients. Without a doubt, Dr Sauer puts patients first. If you need a cleaning, root canal or a filling, look no further. You found your dentist.

Great dental visit
I had a cleaning with Megan and she was super funny but very professional and explained in detail. I did have cavities but when I came back Dr Sauer and Abby took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable. I still can't believe I didn't feel any of the shots!

Quick, easy, gentle. My son was not in any pain during, and only had the normal minor pain afterwards.

I have always been nervous at the dentist, but at Sauer Dentistry they took all my fears away!  From the front desk girls Haley and Aimee, they answered all the confusing insurance question I had and then scheduled me when I didn't have to miss work! It was perfect! When I came in the first time I saw Megan the hygienist and she was so funny and taught me that I have been flossing wrong all along! My cleaning this month, I saw Adrienne and she was so gently and I felt that I kept falling asleep because she was so gentle! The three girls that work alongside Dr Sauer are all great. I think their names are Christy, Lana and Abby or Debbie. They are SO sweet and took care of my every thought. They let me watch Keeping up with the Kardashians, gave me a blanket and a neck pillow! I mean, is this real life these days at the dentist, because it felt more like a spa! I actually cannot wait for my next cleaning in 6 months!!!

I had two new crowns installed on two front teeth. They match my other teeth perfectly. Dr. Sauer and his staff are tremendous. I would like to give a special shout out to Christy, she is a sweet beautiful young lady who did a terrific job in assisting Dr. Sauer. She made feel very at ease. Today was my first visit with Sauer Dentistry and it was FABULOUS!! 
From the moment I walked into the office, it was very clear they are a
great team and really care about their patients.  Everything was
explained and the exam was extremely thorough.  I'm going to actually
look forward to going to the dentist again!

My wife and I moved to South Central Indiana a few months ago after spending 36 years in the Greater Boston area where I grew up. My teeth were long overdue for a cleaning so I searched Angie’s List for a good dentist. I found several and stack ranked them based on the reviews. Sauer Dentistry percolated to the top. I’ve now been to Sauer Dentistry twice – once for a cleaning and once for having two crowns installed. During each visit, a sincerely friendly staff and Dr. Sauer greeted and attended to me. They are the type of folks you’d be comfortable with at a backyard cookout – not just a dental staff. More importantly, the dental work was done skillfully with a high priority given to my comfort level. Each office has an HD TV on a swing arm that can be tuned to the station of your choice. This takes your mind off the operation and helps pass the time when waiting on crown preparations. There are free drinks in a small refrigerator in the waiting area. Dr. Sauer has a very warm and outgoing personality. He explains everything he is doing if you are interested. He has the latest imaging equipment on-site including a computerized 3-D tooth scanner/image renderer and a precision crown mill. This state-of-the-art system combined with Dr. Sauer’s expert craftsmanship produced two perfectly formed and fitted crowns for my two molars. He and his assistant spent considerable time fine-tuning and tweaking them for the perfect bite against my other teeth. As a bonus, they were installed in a single visit since the crowns were milled onsite. I am very happy with them. Having lived in the Boston area most of my life, I have always had access to very good dentists. Having said that, I feel that Dr. Sauer is probably the best dentist I have ever had. I’ve never been excited about coming home to elaborate on my experience of a doctors’ visit with my wife. However, I did this after both visits. She may think I am a little nutty but I can say without reservation that Dr. Sauer and his staff are top notch. They deserve and get my highest recommendation.

Very well managed office with excellent staff and high level of technology use. One of the best dentist I've experienced with a very comfortable atmosphere and top services. Use of the latest technology from text notification scheduling to the use of digital tools including in office creation of crowns. What a great dentist and office staff!

I have had trouble finding a dentist in Greenwood that I like- have been through 5-6 in last 10 or so years.  Anyway have been here three times now and have been very happy with the.  Office is clean, staff is friendly and very good at their job. So far I feel like I have found the dentist for me.   The only area of improvement is a very small thing.  All the staff seems to take its breaks at once so each time I have gone in there- including my first new patient time- no one as been at the desk for quite some time and then all of a sudden a bunch of people show up.  To be honest on my first visit I almost walked out as this to me shouldn't happen where I work we separate our breaks so someone is always available when a customer walks in the door.  Again this is a small thing and I am glad I ignored it, I still find it odd but for anyone out there thinking of trying them out....don't let that first impress defer you they are really excellent in every other way.
