Two words: Door Nazi!

Imagine you've driven across town on the coldest day of  the year to buy formula and diapers. Then you walk in with your crying baby to be stopped by the Sam's Club bouncer. Stopped in the drafty doorway while holding a crying baby you then have to find your membership card to show the door cop that you didn't mistake Sam's Club for Wal-Mart. Regardless of the fact that you can still buy alcohol and use the pharmacy without a membership.

 They behave as though Sam's Club is the newest most exclusive club in the country, "Is that Brad Pitt?!?!" I'm certain this was initially meant to be a courtesy, much like the greeters at Wal-Mart, too bad it has become the biggest deterent.

She is excellent and provides excellent service.

Called for quotes on 2 tires to compare to Merchant's Auto & Tire. Quickly offered a much better deal, which I was able to use to get a better price from Merchant's. Friendly, fast, and competitive with quotes!

The glasses were ready within the week. They worked with him on any adjustments. It was really painless.

On July 15 I purchased new tires and paid for their installation at this Sam’s Club at a cost of several hundred dollars. I even gave the young man who did most of the work a $10.00 tip. Upon completion I drove the truck home and parked it my garage. About a week later I noticed the passenger side rear center hub cap was missing. I called the store and they said they could do nothing, but I should call back the next day. I drove back to the store the nest morning and they said they could not find the cap. However, they would have a manager review the video and call me. Ten days passed and no call, so I called them on August 2 and spoke with a manager. She said she didn’t have my phone number and she was waiting for my call. That’s odd as my phone number is clearly in their database and is printed on the receipt. She went on to explain to me the video showed the hubcap was installed and that it must have come off while I was driving. I have owned this truck for 14 years and believe me these caps do not just come off. If installed correctly, they are indeed quite difficult to remove. Therefore, the hubcap was obviously installed incorrectly. I think they owe me for a new hubcap. OEM caps are some $125.00. Update: After the BBB bumped the issue to Bentonville, the corporate office paid my claim. However, the store manager remained terse and seemingly uncaring. Next time, I will find another place to buy tires.
Update:  After the BBB contact Walmart corporate on my behalf, I received compensation for my loss from Sam's Club.

Sams was able to replace all four of our truck tires for less than some of the other places that we called. They were also able to get us in and out on the same day that we called.

THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE ME IN WITH NO APPOINTMENT, AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES. YOU CANNOT FIND THIS KIND OF SERVICE ANYWHERE! THE GUYS IN THE SHOP COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE FRIENDLIER, BUT THEY WERE REALLY HELPFUL WHEN I ORIGINALLY CALLED. MY HUSBAND DISCOVERED MY SPLIT TIRE AT 5:00 ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, AND EVERYONE ELSE WAS CLOSED. MY TIRE WAS ABOUT TO BLOW AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT. THE PRICE INCLUDES A 45,000 MILE WARRANTY.
