It was great. The facility was nice and clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

My stylist was wonderful. My hair was severely damaged, and my old salon just seemed to be making it worse. I had a mini mullet happening (it was bad). She gave me the most gorgeous pixie cut, and I can't tell you how many compliments I am getting. My next appointment is on the 30th and I cannot wait.

My stylist was very prompt and paid attention to the cut and color that I wanted.

The cut and color were not done very well.  They were too busy talking to each other to be bothered paying attention to their clients.

I received a gift card from my work staff for Roberts and received a facial and massage.  It was magical.  I will absolutely be returning.  The staff was great, the owners introduced himself (family operated), the service was superb. 

Their price is a little high. It's a nice experience with them. I always have a good time there. I am very pleased. It's just a little bit expensive.

You can get pretty much anything you want here from a hair cut to spa services and cosmetics. I've had many of their services and even their cosmetics/hair care which are of really good quality. I go in every 6 weeks for my hair to be colored and only pay $38. This is 1/2 what I paid for color with my previous guy. My previous guy charged me $110 when I wanted my hair highlighted and it's only $70 here so compared to what I was paying, it's great.
Mind you I don't get my hair cut here BECAUSE I'm only asking that my hair have a inch taken off the back...blunt cut, takes less than 5 minutes and I have super thin hair so for that I will just do it myself...snip snip and be done with it so I won't pay $45 for that which is why I gave it a B on pricing. But this isn't what they do here, this is for a precision hair cut and styling so if that's what you are after, it's fair. It's just not an and quot;Aand quot; for me because that's not what I want and they will still charge me $45 just to take an inch off the back of my hair and trim my bangs.
Massages are great, the place is super clean and the girls are all so very nice. I think you would enjoy this salon and be satisfied no matter what you went there for.

My stylist was awesome. She took her time, she was fun to talk with and seemed very knowledgeable about what she was doing and saying. I felt very comfortable and very much enjoyed the whole experience. I didn't think what I paid that night was too bad but as much as I would love to go back and see the same stylist again, price will be a factor.

Very well done. I almost fell asleep, which says a lot.

Robert's Salon and Day Spa are very professional. They are just very knowledgeable, I went to a lot of salons and I just really like the way they run the salon.

Wonderful! Therapist knew what she was doing! I felt great afterwards. Facility was clean and inviting. I would recommend for anyone.

They are excellent. I have not had a bad experience since I have been there. I would use them again in the future.

Went in to get my hair lightened up and trimmed. I had gotten it colored on my last visit and it was a bit darker than wanted or thought it would be., so this time I wanted to get it lightened. My hair was almost beneath my eyes and I wanted it cut straight across just above the eyebrows so you could see some space.

I was given a hair dresser with an accent however I was able to understand her adequately. What I received was, hair that wasn't above my eyebrows an fell into my eyes. My answer was when I repeated straight across was just give it a swish and it will move. This is not what I wanted. I was asked if I wanted highlights and I said no. When I got home my husband said why did I streak my hair and I said I didn't, they asked but I said no, and he said yes they did. I said I didn't want that. Now we know what BaLayage means as it was $70.00 on the bill whether I wanted it or not.
I had my first experience with Roberts about a year and a half ago, it was wonderful. They cut my hair on my wedding day and it was the best hair cut and style ever. Since that time I have been there 4 or 5 times and its never lived up to the first time by a measurable way.
We called in to advise them of our displeasure and my husband asked what the BaLayage meant. And I did get charged for the highlighting I said no to. Roberts Day Salon was advised by my husband that he would be making a negative comment and was given two names that would be good to ask for if I came back, they did offer to fix the color as its a lot darker on the top in the front than on the sides. Although I loved the shampoo, I want it done the way I would like it done and I like it simple.
The reason for the F in price was I was charged for something I said no too, I have never cared for the highlights.
I went to another hairdresser to get the bangs the way i wanted..

I was greeted well coming into the shop but find the reception area uncomfortable. They have a circle of computers for the staff to use in the center of the room which is a good concept for accessibility for them but there are no stools, the staff has to stand all of the time. In a business where people are on their feet all of the time it does not seem considerate of their employees to make them stand when not necessary. It is also ackward after the cut having to come out and stand in their workstation with them as they check you out. When waiting (never long) the couches are very uncomfortable but the chairs are good. Few hairstyle magazines available to look at while waiting. Products nicely displayed.
Salon area is large and well maintained. Stylists participate in training and keep up with newest trends.

I wasn't completely happy with the results. I think she didn't listen quite well and I probably wasn't paying attention. I told her I wanted but I'm not sure if he understood. I tired to color my hair and I messed up, so I to them to fix it but I told her I wanted it lighter. She evened out the color but she did not lighten it the way I wanted it to and she did get a little snotty when I questioned her, so I wasn't happy with that. They were a little pricy.

It went really well. I chose my color from a book with the stylist. She was very friendly and made the experience very pleasant for me. The color turned out great. I will definitely be going back.

They are all very professional, place is very nice , clean and comfortable. Very nice place to go. Location is great for me less than 2 miles from my home. They only downside at all is they are very pricey with some things. Depends on what you have done and what you are buying. Facials are comparable to other places- hair is slightly higher than others but worth it for the job they do. I do go elsewhere for my mani/pedis now- not because they don't do a good job- they do - however that service cost is about double what you can get elsewhere. Products are very pricy, however there are a few things I do buy that work for me better than things I have found elsewhere. All in all you are going to pay more that the average place but I have felt that for most things I get done there it is worth it when I figure in the closeness to my home, how nice the place and they people are, and they job they do. Would highly recommend Audra for a facial she is awesome :)

I went in for my first haircut in two years. My hair was growing back after going through chemo and I was a little nervous. My hair is fine and a little thin, and was in desperate need of a style. Roberts got me at my requested time and did a great job. I left feeling much better about my hair. I will definitely go back.

They sell makeup products. I spend a fair amount of money because they are not cheap. The environment is clean and the staff members are friendly. I like the way they cut and style my hair. They do a good job. It is a very reputable place to go.

Everything always goes well my only suggestion is to make appts a bit ahead of time especially if you have a person you like to go to. If you for example have a favorite person you wish to use again it is sometimes hard to get into them unless you call at least a week or two in advance- I dont really consider this a problem it just means they are good and they book up quick just a general FYI. i would highly reccomend their facitals they are awesome

I followed my stylist, Jenny S., to Roberts, when they hired her years ago. I continue to be pleased with her hair cuts and styles. When they hired her, she was in a training program, and she offered me a free highlight. I had never had my hair highlighted, but I trusted her and she said her boss would be helping her, so I said yes. I LOVED IT! She has since graduated from their training program, and I continue to get highlights every so often and she always does a good job. She's very friendly, listens to what I'm thinking, and makes good suggestions. I totally trust her. I also really like some of their make up - in particular the eyeliner. My family knows that I always appreciate getting gift cards to Roberts! The only time that I wasn't 100% satisfied with something was one manicure and pedicure that didn't seem to last very long. Other than that, I think they are great for a hair cut and a few hours away from the daily grind. :)

I've been going to them for several years. The salon is very modern. The girl that I see there is excellent at haircuts. They provide coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks for the customers. It is a very pleasant environment and a very pleasant experience. They also have their own products, which are of very good quality. Their pedicures and manicures are very reasonably priced as far as I’m concerned. They send us text message reminders for our appointments.
