Accelerator was sticking, they cleaned throttle body and car runs greats again.  Great work, reasonable price (price was significantly less than dealer quoted me).   We've used them before.  Great folks.

They were helpful, work around much scheduled and they provided right back to my house do what I needed that one on time; he did a good worked.

It was an overall great experience. Saw the reviews here and decided to give them a try. I'm really glad I did. Jane was great to work with and the techs were also very pleasant, as I got a chance to talk to them for a few minutes. They really give a personal, almost "family" feel for their customers and are honest with their work. There were a few things that needed attention while the wheel bearing was being replaced, such as the hub and ball joint. Not too many shops will catch something like this or they will charge extra for this work to be done. Not at Main Street. They gave me what I thought to be a fair deal for the amount of work they did. 
If your looking for an honest shop that does great quality work for a reasonable price, and gives you that personal, "family" treatment, this is the place to go. They just made another regular customer, as I will continue to take my vehicles here whenever they need work done. Thanks Main Street!

Great.  Honest, friendly and personal.  It was a smooth and easy process. 

Excellent! I brought my car here after getting a quote from the BMW dealership that was more than twice what I ended up paying. I was fed up so searched for foreign car mechanics. I can't get over how nice Jane was to work with. She kept me up to date on everything and was extremely honest with me which I appreciate. I feel like they really value the customer here and really take care of them; something I have never felt going to the BMW dealership for service. I look forward to bringing my car back for service here!

Main St. examined the vehicle for free which doesn't happen at other places in this area.  Once the problem was determined, they went through different options with us due to the fact that we were very concerned about price.  Once we decided on a option, they completed the work in a day so he could have his truck back asap.  We were very impressed with their customer service and would recommend them again to anyone needing auto repair work done.

My daughter has an older car and was getting ready to move to Mississippi to attend school. Her AC was not working and I wanted the car gone over to make sure it was safe for her to drive that far. We also didn't want to put any more money into it than needed since it's blue book value is so low. When you enter, you walk directly into the repair bays which made me a little uncomfortable at first, walking around tools and such, but they did a great job. They fixed her AC at a much more reasonable price than the other places I had checked. They also went over the whole car and fixed a couple of other issues so that I was comfortable with her driving it again. I also appreciated that they respected our budget limitations. The sunroof was not working and they let me know that it would be expensive to fix so we were able to decline. We all agreed that it was not really needed now that the AC was working. All in all we were very pleased with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was just fine. It was a good experience overall. I expected extra charges but there were none. They were professional and they communicated well on what was going on. I would recommend them. The only downside was that they were not very convenient for me. I did have to wait a little bit. The location is not good for me but if they offered another deal like this, I would inconvenience myself and use them.

The experience has been fine. They were very accommodating and very pleasant. I only paid for the big deal.

..They did exactly as they said they said they said would. There was no extra charges for anything.They did exzactly as they (AND THEIR COUPONSAID NO QUESTIONS ASKED)

They recharged the AC under the Angie's List Big Deal for my daughter.  They told my daughter that the Freon in the AC was low and they added additional Freon to the unit.  Informed her that this was not due to a leak in the AC but just normal loss of Freon.  The car is very nice and cool now.  Wonderful job!

Instead of trying to sell me additional exhaust parts, they recommended that they try the "motor vac" service.  It solved the  problem and saved me a LOT of money.  That was over a year ago, and I am still having no problems.  I have a 1996 Volvo with over 220,000 miles on it which I bought new in 1996.

Andy, the tech, has been working on our cars for several years (he was formerly at Mike's), and has always done an excellent job.  Although this is a new location and business name, the manager and technician are not new in business or to us.  What I particularly like (other than the very reasonable prices!) is the thoroughness of the work, and the honesty.  If something isn't needed, they tell you, and save you money.  I have complete confidence in them, and highly recommend this business for any car, but especially the Japanese and European nameplates, which is Andy's specialty.   In doing the routine maintenance on our older Camry, he found a problem that would have grown worse and caused problems, but is now fixed, and I'm sure the price is much less than what the dealership would have charged for the same work. 

They gave us a coupon for their service price.  They responded quickly to us.  They had our vehicle done prior to the time that they promised.  They did a great work.  They were very nice people, and they were very pleasurable to work with.  I would use them again.

Overall I would give Main Street Auto Tech a ten out of ten.  Very satisfied and will definately return in thefuture!
