Everything went well. The people that I worked with arrived on time and were very kind. They did exactly what I asked them to do, and I didn't have to keep on reminding them. They were responsible and kept to the specific time frame given to them. They didn't mess around but kept to the job the whole way through.

Cliff was great. He went over what was going to be done and what issues we could run into. He walked us through the contract in detail. He also stayed in contact while the project was being completed and after to make sure everything went well.

I would say stay away from them.  We used them and I will regret it for as long as I live in this house. They were dishonest when they came out and presented us the quote.  Their offer was definitely a sales pitch and they did not follow through.  We told them we were going with them but we didn’t sign anything.  We went back and forth with them and they said they were going to start one weekend.  We woke up to the sound of siding being torn off our house.  There was no contact, no anything.  They didn’t even make sure it was the right house.  It was very poorly done and it was all such a negative process.  They started before we signed anything and when we got down to what was actually going to be done, they took back everything they said they were going to do except the actual siding.  At that point they had all the siding off our house.  We were stupid too.  They got all our insurance money and that was our fault.  I can’t say one good thing about them.  They weren’t trustworthy and it was awful.  I can’t believe they are still in business.  They had no integrity.  We had gotten a quote from them a couple years before for a roofing project but we didn’t use them.  The salesman told us all the things he could do for us and he told us how much we needed from the insurance.  We thought it would be nice.  He even suggested we needed the gutters and the downspouts to match the new color of siding.  He said they would easily be able to take care of it.  Then Chad, the salesman that came out, was just gone.  We talked to Cliff and he said Chad wasn’t working.  Cliff said that we were just getting siding.  Our house doesn’t even match now.  They did a really bad job.  They said that they would have someone out to paint white around the windows so it didn’t clash.  The guy that came out obviously wasn’t skilled and he left razor blades in the yard.  He left ladders in our garage for a week and he never came to paint.  We kept calling, asking if they were going to come out and finish.  On the few days the guy did come, his girlfriend sat on our front porch and used our bathroom.  It put me in a bad situation because I didn’t want her to get sick in the heat.  It was unreal.  I was told that the painter was let go and the nephew came out to finish.  It took the nephew a day to do what was taking the painter a month to do.  The painting was done but the gutters and downspouts do not match.  We were originally told that they were going to match. As a result of using them, the outside of our house does not match.  Before we move, we’ll have to do it.   The owner sent his nephew out to do a run through; there was a man sitting in his truck that was running in the middle of the street while his nephew was going around doing the run-through, looking over the house.  I showed him pieces coming off and the guy from the truck really quickly tried to cut a piece that was leftover on the ground and he put it up.  The siding is just not put on well but I didn’t feel like I could tell them to do the whole thing again.  That was two years ago and just this weekend our roofer told us that our siding was not installed well.  Also, they broke our outside faucet.  It leaks now in between the siding and the house.  We have no more outdoor water hookups since they were here.  Everything around our house is awful because of them.  I would give them lower than an F if I could. They need a big red flag and no one should ever use them.
