Our main bathroom was in dire need of functional and cosmetic repairs.  The entire bathroom was gutted down to the framing studs.  Chris installed a new tub, toilet, sink and vanity.  He installed subway tile to the ceiling around the tub and a wainscot around the rest of the room.  He also installed a new floor, fixtures, and ceiling.

After Chris Johnson remolded our bathroom. we wanted the hallway doors to match the new one.  He replaced five forty year old hollow doors with new six panel solid core doors, improved the hallway lighting, removed and replaced the trim and baseboard, and painted.  Our dark dingy hallway is now beautifully well lit.  Best of all, the ugly hated bedroom doors are gone and the new doors really block the sound.

We have a  forty year old house that had never been updated.  After getting several quotes to remodel our master bath, we went with Chris Johnson of Johnson & Johnson Renovating and Remodeling.  Chris and his crew demolished the shower area down to the wall studs, built a new enlarged walk-in shower, removed and replaced the vanity and fixtures, installed a new floor and toilet, tiled the walls, upgraded the lighting, and redid the master closet.  He also added a heated floor.

During the renovation, Chris stayed in touch with us on a daily basis and frequently came by the house to check on progress.  He ensured all the subcontractor work met with his high expectations as well as his own.  We plan on using him for future work.

It went very well. Chris met me at Home Depot and helped me pick out the materials(mostly tiles) to be used. He and all of the people who worked for him are very professional and respectful. They do what they say they are going to do and they are always on time and cooperative.

Everything went very well.  Crew is very polite, competent and on time.  Only issue we had was with paint adhesion on one wall that seemed to be the result of a bad batch of joint compound.  Chris's group was quick to return to make the appropriate repairs.

Due to the hail damage we received on our home, I called the insurance company to come out to check out our damage. Johnson and Johnson renovating and remodeling was able to come out to meet our insurance agent to check out the damage with him. He was very knowledgeable in this process and we were able to get our claim approved quickly. The work on our roof was incredibly timely and professionally done, our roof was done in one day. My neighbors had hail damage as well and I was absolutely pleased that it took only one day instead of the days of loud knocking that was heard when they repaired their roofs with another service. I cannot complain at all about the time it took to put up our new roof and siding and cannot complain about the professional service we received. We have recommended Johnsons and Johnsons to our friends and will continue to recommend them.

We hired Chris and team for a 4-phase project that is ongoing at present, and a little over half-way done. The new cement work is done, and has solved a drainage problem we were having. The new patio fence is 95% complete and looks great. Chris built it board by board from a picture, and we really like it! The porch conversion is down to some finish work inside plus we are waiting for the windows to arrive. The only phase that may have to wait until spring is the landscaping, but we are sure it will get done. We have trust issues with contractors, but Chris has managed to allay our anxieties, has made many great suggestions, and has always done what he said he will do. We can't ask for more at this point. I will update this post when everything is done. Thanks, Chris!

Chris Johnson transformed our ugly 1971 bathroom into a thing of beauty!  One of the most impressive traits about Chris was his willingness to simply listen to our ideas and budget constraints.  He wanted to make sure we had what WE wanted.....not what he wanted or liked.  However, when we asked for his opinion or suggestion, his thoughts and ideas were brilliant.

The work was done on time with no excuses or complications, the work was top notch throughout and the utmost respect was shown to us and to our home during the remodel process.

We were very happy with the service.  After pricing similar services with Menards and Home Depot, Mr. Johnson came to our home and gave us a free estimate and quoted us a price that was significantly less than the named hardware stores.
Besides delivering on all of the terms of the contract, Chris gave us a lot of good ideas and advice before and during the whole process.
I would certainly recommend Johnson and Johnson services to friends and family and am already planning on utilizing their services again in the near future.

This is the second and will not be the last time I have used Johnson & Johnson.  In June they put in an absolutely beautiful aggregate patio for us so when we needed a contractor for our roof we called Chris right away.  He was at our house the next day and quickly took care of our roof!  I'm just as happy with the roofing job as I am with the patio.  I will be hiring Chris to lay hardwood floors for us soon.  I honestly can't say enough good things about the customer service and quality of work he puts out.

IN JUST ONE DAY!! Crew arrived at 8 am and started tearing off old roofing. 830am Johnson & Johnson owner Chris Johnson Arrived with all the roofing and materials. At 300pm they were done , had all the old roofing and mess cleaned up and put into their trailer and they departed with a job well done.

Chris Johnson, owner of JOHNSON and Johnson is great. I called him to see if he could help us to build a dinning room and remodel our kitchen. He came to our house the next day and put things in motion. Two days later we met and he had a complete plan drew up for our job. We loved what he showed us, we signed a contract and Chris and his employes started to work. Chris took care of everything, from getting the building permits to cleaning up after every day of work. Johnson and Johnson did such good work that we had them do several other jobs around the house such as; reroofing the whole house and garage, replaced an additional window on the house,added a half bath, and added insulation to the old part of the house. Chris and all his employees were good trustworthy people, I gave Chris a key to my house, without a second thought,so they could come and go as they please. We now have a wonderful all new kitchen ,dining room, and bathroom. My wife is really happy with the results(me too). You know what they say "happy wife, happy life".

Great owner and work output, he is a professional. I would recommend. First contact with Chris was positive. Although he wasn't able to assist us with that project, he was helpful so I kept his number for the next. Our yard is quite large and in need. There are multiple long-term improvement projects in various stages of completion. For this effort, Chris and his Dozer carried multiple large and heavy tree remnants to our preferred location. Then he and Dozer leveled a bumpy section of the yard by spreading a huge pile of dirt that was delivered because he'd arranged it for us. He worked hard, quickly and efficiently. Communication and follow-through were excellent. He was easy to reach and responsive. Chris made short work of what would have days of hard labor on our part.

Chris was very friendly and professional when he came to the house to give us a quote.  We were asking for a quote on a wood deck and he told us about aggregate patios.  I was sold immediately due to the price that he quoted and the way he described the patio.  He was at our house on a Thursday, gave us a quote on the patio and by Monday he had a crew at my house tearing out the old concrete patio, by Sunday of the same week we had a party on the new patio!  My new patio is beautiful and so much better than the wood deck that I thought I wanted.   He and his crew were very professional and they meet every deadline that Chris gave us.  I honestly can't say enough good things about this experience.  I will recommend him to everyone I know.

The project was done in time for spring, as promised. The finished product is amazing. Chris took the time to go over the different layout and design options with us, and was great about providing his own creative input. Due to his attention to detail, we now have a fabulous outdoor space where we spent a lot of our time, rather than a worn-out deck that saw seldom use.
