"We rely primarily on 3 modes of communication; phone (or text), email and the Angie's List portal. We have never been contacted my this member thru any of these modes. Occasionally people will contact us from other outlets, such as Facebook or 3rd parties who are often trying to "sell" access to the client. These are often fraught with SPAM and scams of all kinds. Angie's List has created a safe place for clients and contractors to exchange information and eventually connect. Looking back, it appears that this individual may have tried to contact us thru our Facebook page, but not under his actual name, but rather an alias of "Sentra Honda", which of course are 2 separate automobile models or manufacturers, and because it was not sent through Facebook Messenger our filter recognized it as SPAM. I hope most will agree that leaving an extremely negative review for someone that you haven't ever even spoken with is unfair and moreover, baseless."
"[Member Name Removed], we are grateful for the relationship we've built with you over the years and is always happy to serve you during your projects. Eusi."
"After an initial meeting with the member, (client/GC), I informed her that I would not be able to submit a proposal as the job scope was far too abstract. She had closed on the home and was anxious to get started, so client, acting as a GC, proposed that we perform work on a time and materials basis. I had available craftsmen, so I agreed. Not knowing which services we would perform, client/GC stated that she would handle permitting, which is not uncommon. When I arrived on day one a large amount of demolition had already been done by others and the 30yd dumpster client had delivered to the job site was nearly full. Based on what ultimately became the full job scope there should have been blue prints for framing, masonry, lighting, kitchen cabinet layout and plumbing, but instead we received info on a slow drip, as the client added or changed the scope frequently. An entire work week went by where the client was unavailable. I would receive pictures of drawings that the client had sketched out. While this was frustrating, I was being directly compensated for my time so these changes came at the expense of the client/GC. The client/GC hired other sub-contractors directly, including plumbing, electrical, siding, masonry and general labor. After we were dismissed by client I did check on permitting, I discovered the client/GC had obtained none. I discussed the situation with a code enforcement official as I had no other recourse in the event an electrical fire were to result from others finishing our electrical work with incomplete information. I have not supplied client with the documentation she has requested because: 1. Client/GC is in breach of contract by her failure to pay her outstanding balance. 2. Client/GC has stated she would not pay balance regardless. This is the first time I have not been paid by a client-ever, as well as the first “F” from anyone we’ve actually performed work for. I couldn't even accurately give the client and "F' grade and she owes a balance of $2500."
"We are truly grateful for the opportunity to serve you in this capacity, and is even more please it was a great experience for you. We look forward to working with you in the future! Eusi."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], thank you for taking the time to write this review for us. We are very grateful for the opportunity to work with you. Your patience with waiting to complete this project, meant (to us) that you knew what you wanted and wanted it done right. We are happy we were able to play a role in that process and the finished product is something you are very pleased with. Thanks again! Eusi."
"Thank you so much for your kind review, and kind it was! We had significant downtime waiting on the vanities, which was ultimately my responsibility. I am thankful to have been given the opportunity to work with your spacious bathroom, it was a great canvas in which to work with! I love your bathroom and I hope you do as well. Please post some pictures if you get an opportunity, many thanks!"

"[Member Name Removed], we are grateful for the opportunity to work for you and [Member Name Removed]. And, you are absolutely correct, major remodeling projects can be super stressful for the homeowners. Thats why we were so appreciative of your understanding and flexibility during the project. You guys were great to work with and talk to (whenever time permitted) during my time on the job site. Thanks again for trusting us to bring these thoughts and ideas to reality. Eusi"
"[Member Name Removed], it was a delight and a joy to work on this job for you. We enjoyed this project especially when we learn of the benefits to our customer. When Chris told me about this job, I could hear the excitement in his voice. Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Eusi"

"Thank you [Member Name Removed], as always I appreciate your business!"
"I attempted to explain to the prospect that when we do, do fireplaces we do them from start to finish, resulting in a turn-key finished product. The prospect already had another company involved for 75% of the project, for liability reasons this is not something we can be involved with. He was unnecessarily angered by this as I tried to explain."
"[Member Name Removed], Thank you sooo much for the kind review and allowing us to work on your awesome basement. What a pleasure it was working for you and Krista! The system will not allow me to post pictures of your project here, but if it will allow you to do so, please do if your time allows! Happy Holidays!"
"[Member Name Removed], thank you for allowing us to work on your charming lake home! It was a nice place to "be" at during the project. Thanks again!"
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! I'm still feeling the effects of carrying that massive vanity, granite top attached, up the stairs, but it was worth it! lol I am glad you are happy with your new space, thanks again!"
