They completely botched the job. Gas started to leak on the way home. I took it back to Firestone and they didn't think it was a big deal. I waited several days for them to look at it and attempt to fix the problem. I took the truck to another mechanic who had to remove the pump and found that they had dented it in several places. He is located down the street from this Firestone branch and said he has seen several situations where Firestone damaged parts when installing them. The lesson is to bite the bullet and use a non-chain mechanic. They don't have convenient hours always, but they do the work correctly.

I had some past issue were they have screwed some things up and I had to go back out my spare time to get it fixed

I knew there were some issues with my Jeep as my ex-husband had not had it periodically serviced as it should have been, so I had the guys at Firestone do a complete inspection. The manager and workers there were very professional, friendly and I felt gave me honest feedback. They told me what needed to be fixed and what didn't. They did not try to push unnecessary services and even told me that one issue could wait for about another year, so I wouldn't have a bigger bill. They were very nice and provided me transportation home so I could leave my vehicle all day with them and then they came to pick me up when it was done. Otherwise, I would have had to take a taxi back and forth. I will definitely go back to them for any maintenance and/or issues that come up.

We have been using Firestone Complete Auto Care for a while. They did a good job. The staffs are very nice.

It went well. The guys in the office were friendly and let me know what I would pay up front for the oil change. They called me mid afternoon to let me know that I was due for a fuel injector cleaning as my Jeep has 40,000 miles, and that I had corrosion on my battery. I opted to wait on the $95 fuel injector cleaning, and had them go ahead and do what they needed to do on the battery. No high pressure, just letting me know what they recommended. They called to let me know it was ready, and I picked it up before they closed that same day. It was the first time I had used them, as I usually go to my dealer, but I would definitely use them again.

they always do our maintenance on the Explorer and we have always been very happy, with their work.

They didn't preformed the task that I asked them to do. They didn't finished the job. Overall the service that they provided me was awful.

I've used Tom for over 20 years. He is an expert in diagnosing problems and repair work. He is very professional and honest. He only quotes work that needs to be done. He has taken care of all 4 of my cars. He's not only an expert on the engine but knowledgable in many other interior repair work. He is very easy to work with and always keeps appointments.
