Shop gave two bids. One was $340 and the other $440. The lower bid was using genuine Honda parts but would take a couple days extra for parts to come in. The other was for immediately available aftermarket parts and repair could be done next day. Needed to have car quickly so selected higher quote. Car was ready as promised next day. Transaction was handled by phone (car driven by my daughter at college in Greencastle). Daughter reported that the folks at Hendershot's were great to deal with, friendly and caring. It took a little longer than expected to get the quote for the work (took until next day) but that did not end up causing an inconvenience since the work was done rapidly.
