Integrity Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

While I am skeptical of the value of ductwork cleaning, my wife felt it needed to be done so we had Integrity do it. The technician was punctual, friendly, and professional. It seemed a bit pricey but I don't know that anyone would have done it any cheaper. I was a bit taken aback when he had to cut an access hole in our (brand new) ac ductwork but their machines do have to connect somehow. While still not entirely convinced this is a necessary, I was pleased with the job done.

I was very satisfied. Huge amount of dust removed and the house smelled much fresher.

I was on the schedule for 12-4 and they arrived at 3:05.

Misleading ad. Via email they asked how many sq ft and I answered, They said they will do 10 heating vents, dryer vent, one trunk and other $28 extra. Once they came they asked $750 extra to complete work. Ended up negotiating to $450 and the angies list coupon. But this was a misleading ad through angies list and no dislcaimers were there. If I had gone though another local company who regularly does this it would have been $350 total.

The company called ahead and was on time for the appointment. He explained what he was doing and gave clear instruction on what we needed to do after the work was done. Very friendly and professional. We are extremely pleased with their work and will use them again.

Very nice responding team! Only does dryer vent cleaning from external of house. Does not clean actual hose of dryer, I did it myself. The air vents are also cleaned from external, then quickly comes in with another hose tool. Left pieces off debris in vent. Doesn't clean up after the job is complete. Walks in house with no sanitary covers on feet. There methods of sanitizing the vent is to spray a clean air filter with typical spray, the smell lasts for a couple day. Not sure how that sanitize the vents. They don't provide clean air filters.

It went very well. He was on time and the work went quickly. We'd happily have Integrity clean our ducts next time we need it done.

Job went as described- Hidden additional cost at time of scheduling or perhaps I missed the fine print- The job included a whole house air duct cleaning at additional cost which I did not want and was not a part of the original Big Deal I purchased!

Arrived at the beginning of given time frame. Service performed as promised. Would use again.

Serviceman was very nice and polite. The work was done in a timely manner. It turned out that our dryer venting is about 20 feet long and was a fire waiting to happen - looked like it had never been cleaned (the house is 19 years old).

Had to pay a lot more than I anticipated because of additional vents in my house. I also had to do a lot of cleaning around my house after because of the dust that came out of the vents as a result.

It went fine and I have no complaints. It cost more for the dryer vent. I have talked them up to my neighbors, and I told them that I was very satisfied. I would recommend to have your dryer vent cleaned because, it is a fire hazard. Integrity showed me what they had taken out of my dryer vent and my husband thought he had kept it clean, but they can get to it better. They really cleaned it out. I've never checked around on price. They were very good and I've recommended them to other people.

The duct cleaning service from Integrity left my house filthy dirty and caused the air quality in the home to be poor for several days afterwards. The service technician failed to cover the registers prior to conducting the cleaning. Consequently the cleaning process blew large amounts of dirt into every room in my home. Additionally it pushed dirt and debris to the register openings, where it collected and had to be vacuumed out by me. Most distressing was the fact that the process loosened ... but did not clean out ... the dirt in my duct work. Consequently when the HVAC system was restarted, dirt and dust was expelled in such a large quantity that it could literally be seen and felt. Ultimately I had to tape filters over every register. Furthermore, the technician failed to provide any before and after photos, which I have always received from services I previously used. Had this been done perhaps I might have been able to see the remaining dust and sediment. I've used duct cleaning services regularly for many years. Although this company (and its technician) were very professional and courteous to work with, regrettably the actual work done was simply not up to par.
