Craig was very quick to phone me back upon calling about the initial estimate. He made arrangements to come to my house after I had gotten off work. We went over the fencing options, he took some measurements, and he gave me an estimate. I was so impressed by him and comfortable with him that I didn't get any further estimates. I had also been here on Angie's List and seen the reviews for this company, so I had a fairly good idea of the kind of work they do which was why I called them in the first place. We scheduled a date and the crew, including Craig, came out and finished the job in a day's time. They were hard working and professional. And I love my new fence! It turned out really nice! Everything was done just as Craig said and the price was as quoted. Craig and his men even went the extra mile and shoveled and moved some of dirt for me so I wouldn't have to do it myself. I was very impressed and would highly recommend their company if considering having a fence installed. Good people!

The price was reasonable. I had used a couple of other companies, and I wasn't happy with them. This company was very nice.

Craig was great to work with. He provided an estimate quickly, updated us of price changes, and provided great responsiveness. He was easy to talk to and came and worked on the fence himself. It was done within 2 days and the fence looks awesome!

From the beginning, Craig was very easy to work with. We are new to home ownership and knew just about nothing about fencing options. He was very patient and explained all of the options and pros and cons of each. They were not the cheapest bid we received but we felt it was a fair price for the value. Craig brought out a very professional crew and the job was done exactly on time. They designed the picket with a scalloped edge. It's very unique and gorgeous. We get lots of compliments on our fence. We've even had strangers ask who did our fencing! Would definitely recommend Cedar Creek.

I called and obtained estimates from four contractors to install a privacy fence. Cedar Creek was the only company to take the time to explain the process and answer my questions. Craig was very informative and patient with my lack of knowledge regarding fences. After we had our property surveyed and lost property, I phoned and discussed with Craig who recalculated our pricing. They arrived on the day of installation as promised. The whole install took two days (I have a sizable yard). We went with the arched style. We LOVE it. Everyone who has seen it has raved about it. Our dogs can now run the entire yard. Thank you Cedar Creek, Craig and Travis!! We really appreciate it! I will sing your praise to anyone who will listen.

The quote was the lowest out of all the bids. The guy was nice.

They were fine, I just didn't end up choosing them.

The work turned out good. They put the fence over a pretty large area. They did the job in one day. The fence needed some repairs after it had settled. They came back and took care of it. They did not fix their sign on the fence. It was their loss. There is no sign to say that they were the ones who did it. If somebody saw the fence and liked it, they may not try to find out who did it. Their sign on the fence might have fetched them some business. Their prices were good. It was a busy season so their responsiveness was okay.

He was friendly, courteous and showed me how to do the job without having his staff come out to do the work for me. Not only did he tell me how to do the repair, but he told me how to do proper maintenance for longevity of the fence. I would hire him again.

Where we had the fence put up, it 8 sections of eight foot fence. They were supposed to dig out the old posts and was supposed to look like it did before. Instead the crew cut the posts even with the ground instead of digging the old ones out. I also wound up with 10 or so sections of smaller fence since they did not want to dig up the old posts. The order had somehow become miscommunicated between the salesman and the crew. The salesman also had samples of wood since I wanted to see them. The actual boards were thinner than the samples. They explained different distributors provide different cuts of the wood.

They were responsive to me. I spoke with the owner several times and he was even the person who came out to give me the estimate. They have the best quality, reviews ands price. I gave them a check to get things started. They built the fence in one day and I was very satisfied with their work. They cleaned up after themselves. I have not had any trouble, but I'm sure that if I did they would come right back out.

The workers were very friendly, and professional. Not only were they wonderful to work with, but they were quite professional with my grouchy neighbor, and also met his needs. The workers made what could have been a difficult situation very friendly and professional. Overall, they were responsive to any questions or need we had, very professional, timely in their work, and did a beautiful job. I give them my highest recommendation.

Craig from Cedar Creek came out promptly to give me an estimate. After deciding to go with Cedar Creek, there was a quick turn around time of when they could put in my fence. They arrived early on the morning of installation and promptly installed my fence. I paid extra to have the dirt from the postholes removed, and it was worth the extra money. After they were done, Craig took me around the fence to show me what they had done. He explained that some of the posts might do something called "checking", and to keep an eye on them. If for some reason it became to bad to call him, and he would come to check it out. So far I have been very pleased with the fence, and I have had a lot of compliments on it.

First we had someone from Cedar Creek come out to our house to give us a free estimate. He arrived a little early for our appointment. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to answer our questions. He also explained in detail how the building process would go (that they put the posts 3 feet into the ground in cement, and that they build the panels in the shop but it would still follow our terrain). Cedar Creek was cheaper than the other 2 companies we contacted, but not by too much. We decided to hire them and we set a build date. We had to schedule about a month out - they were busy, and we had to get approval from our neighborhood association. They called about a week before that date to confirm, and they arrived in the morning on the build date. The crew that installed the fence was friendly, and they didn't hesitate to ask me questions if they had any. The fence was completed by late that afternoon. It looks GREAT and it's very high-quality! We've had some very strong winds a couple times since it's gone up and it's absolutely fine. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future or to recommend them to anyone!

After calling numerous fence companies, Bill Neville and Cedar Creek Fence Company were the most responsive and willing to cater to our schedule. Most companies scoffed at coming out to quote that week after 5 pm. Not Bill. Mr. Neville came out, after regular business hours, to quote us some fence options. He had a binder containing many sample images and wasn't pushy whatsoever. Based on this encounter, their competitive pricing and "A" rating on Angie's List, we sent a 20% deposit check out the next day. All work was completed during the day without our direct supervision (details were laid out in detail the day of our quote), and we came home to a beautiful fence! Also gave Angie's List discount.

He came out, didn't mess around. I got an honest bid for the work. He called when he said he would, showed up when he said he would and did everything that was expected of him.

The estimate was very competitive. Once I indicated I would be using them to do the work they handled getting the property marked and arrived as scheduled to install the fence. Installation was completed the same day and looked very nice. We had some utilities bordering our property and they installed a removal panel of the fencing so utilities could be accessed without damage to the fence at no additional cost.

They were prompt and we liked the salesman. He is the reason we went with this company, but he didn't do the job and I specifically requested him. That was kind of a disappointment. I would hesitate to recommend them to anybody only because we still have a side gate that does not close. Their contract says that the work is guaranteed for 3 years, but we have not pursued it. We had them come out one time and he put a post in, but it didn't fix the problem.

Went well. They offered to remove the dirt from drilling for the posts for an additional charge, but we cleaned this up ourselves and used the dirt in a garden area. Work is guaranteed. They had dealt with our HOA before and assisted in submitting a detailed plan for approval. No hangups at all. Waited 1 month due to their schedule. Installed in 2 days.

Craig came out within a day or two of my call for an estimate. He was very thorough in explaining the variety of fence types available and even offered some custom building for us for the caps on the fence post and the spacing between the pickets. Since we didn't call until late April, they were booking about 30 days out, which was fine with us. They came out on the date we scheduled. The job was completed in 1 day and everything went very smoothly. The fence looks beautiful. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely use them again. Wish I had some pictures to attach to my report!

This is one of the most professional companies I have ever hired. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and finished the job ahead of schedule. I asked them to make some minor changes after they built the fence - and they were happy to do so. They said their goal was to make me happy. They also cleaned up after themselves, were friendly, and incredibly responsive. Impressive! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family and wouldn't worry for a minute about the recommendation. Their attention to detail and pro-customer attitude makes them a risk free choice!

It was excellent service. They always came when they said they were going to. They worked fast and they were done a lot sooner than we thought they would be.

Met with Craig Piper who provided a good review of our options, design criteria, and references. Expressed a good desire to work to our desired plans and appeared to be knowledgeable as to how to incorporate it into delivered fence. Quote at $6400.

Craig Piper came out to discuss the job and he followed up quickly with a written estimate. We also got another estimate that was much higher than Cedar Creek. Piper was personable and also willing to check out a fence that I admired in the Old Northside. In the end, he was not able to replicate that fence, but the one that I got was just fine, after all. We set a date in April 2007 and the fence was built on that date.
