We have worked with Property Pros for several years and have been consistently happy with both the quality of the work performed and the advice we have received regarding options for managing our wooded lot.  This spring, in addition to the clean up work that they normally do for us each year, we needed help with some drainage issues on one side of the house.  The owner made several visits to our property and came back with a design that incorporated a natural stone wall and fit in quite well with the feel of the property.  I was extremely happy with how it turned out.  The Property Pros crews are great -- they are always courteous and do phenomenal work.

They did a good job, but they cut through a sprinkler system and we had a little fight to get that repaired. Other than that, their service was good.

Amazing.  All A's down the row.  They did it in a timely and efficient manner.  Very good deal.  The mulch is radiant, it just glows in the yard.  They came out two days after the purchase of the deal. 

Rarely does a project exceed my expectations.  This one did.  I hired Property Pros because the owner brings a business minded customer satisfaction approach to his work.  He is accessible and responds promptly to requests.  I was told that James, the person responsible for the design and build out of our outdoor living space, was a magician.  Pretty darn close.  Meticulous with a great attention to how the space would integrate into the rest of the landscape.  He built a custom fire pit and stone seating area along with a walkway to our backyard that is beautiful.  Furthermore, he created an interesting and beautiful area for our firewood that is secluded from eye site but easily accessible.  The overall landscape plan was a dramatic change and included creation of various segments of the yard and mulch which gives the effect of a beautifully integrated plan.  They planted between 50 and 100 plants / trees / shrubs.  It was a big project. 

Property Pros delivered the proposal on-time, started on-time and kept me informed with respect to critical decisions.  The project took a little longer due to the unusually wet weather this June and the meticulous work product by James - however, the additional few days was well worth the wait.  Concerns raised with the owner were discussed and resolved on a timely basis.

Overall, great job.  I will continue to use Property Pros.  Both of my neighbors also use Property Pros and are satisfied with their work. 

The did what I hoped they would.  They also came back at least 2 or 3 times to get it perfect.  Greatly enjoyed working with this company.

They did an excellent job. A crew of 6 or 7 showed up early in the morning and worked for 5 and half hours. The property looks very professionally landscaped. All the flower beds were cleaned up and edged. Top soil and seed were applied to the areas in backyard that have been a problem in the past. I was skeptical that the grass would grow this late in the season but after one week it is already growing.
There was some confusion between the front office and work crew as to when they were supposed to do the work. However, the final result was worth it. Would definitely hire them again.

Provider was very accommodating. We failed to beat Old Man Winter's arrival and the provider was willing to extend the deadline to spring. We were able to schedule time easily and we were satisfied with the work that was done.

I am highly recommending Josh Springer and his Property Pros team, from Guillermo and his crew, including Valentina, a very big helper - 29 to Dede, the Office Manager. Josh came out to our home within days of our request and spent over an hour working on an estimate to get our front and back yard work done. He is very knowledgeable and extremely personable. Josh provided a VERY reasonable estimate to do the multiple jobs required. We engaged Property Pros to initially do the spring clean-up needed to provide better curb appeal and a yard that was neat and clean. Guillermo and his team worked quickly and efficiently to trim all of our bushes, weed, plany new shrubs, and even cart away debris that we had piled up from a recent tree trimming. They were so polite and eager to please, as well as caring to ensure we were happy with the results. We will be engaging Josh to complete other work as the summer progresses, and look forward to working with him. I want to also give kudos to Dede, who answered my many emails timely and with clear explanation and guidance. Every business needs someone like her in the office working with customers to keep them happy!

It was excellent.  Josh came out first to see what I wanted done.  Then the job was scheduled.  Work was done on that date & was done very extremely well.  I wasn't home when they did the job.

Property Pros did a complete redo of our front yard landscape.  We moved into the home two years ago to the day that they performed their project as my wife was expecting at the time and we know have an 18th old daughter so it took a while for us to address the landscape issue.  The previous homeowners had let the landscape overgrow and run wild.  We completely tore out most existing landscape to start with a blank canvas.  Having no expertise in landscaping myself, Josh Springer came out for quote and met our expectations perfectly.  Moderate budget for job, low maintenance for upkeep, colorful, etc.  We received a couple quotes without revealing my budget expectations but gave them my expectations for final product.  Without revealing my budget, everyone else came up with extremely high quotes and way much more landscaping then I outlined as far as my desires.  Not Josh, he came up with great recommendations and didn?t try to go overboard in an attempt to maximize the price and scope of the project.  Crew performed work and were great to work with.  Have received numerous compliments from neighbors and inquiries about who we used for project.  Great work and would highly recommend!

Josh came out promptly when I asked his opinion on solving our swail problem. He evaluated the problem, calculated the costs, even passing along a discount that was afforded him by a supplier, and within an hour had a plan formulated and a price quote. It took a while for him to work us into his schedule due to weather, and this being his busy time for business, but when the work was done it was perfect. A team showed up, did the necessary work, leaving no mess behind. Josh knew that we had dogs, and covered the muddy areas with a thatching that kept their feet cleaner than I ever expected. Today the the grass is nearly grown in and after a few spring rains, the yard is better than I ever could have ever believed possible!

I am a weekend yard warrior and took on the task of trimming some overgrowth around the yard.  When I was done, there was much more yard waste than I anticipated and could not see myself bagging it up only to have to drag however many bags to the curb for trash pickup.  I contacted Property Pros to see if they could haul it away.  I would have understood if they could not as I am sure they are swamped in the Spring and this was not a large project for them.  As luck would have it, they had a crew nearby that was able to stop by.  The gentleman came to the door to let us know he was there and was gathering the yard waste.  It took less than 10 minutes for them to load up.  Because of their promptness and amazing attitude, we look forward to having them back for a larger landscaping project.  I highly recommend them!

I saw their special deal offer for six hours of landscaping services to
spread mulch here on Angie's List.  I wanted to use it to have bring
mulch and spread it in my front yard, but wasn't sure how much sq. ft.
of mulch I would need.  I called the office and asked a few questions
before buying the deal. On the phone I was told it was best for Josh to
come out for an estimate first.  Two weeks later he came out.  While he
was here, I showed him an area that needed landscaping other than just
the mulch in front of the house and told him my ideas. Everything I said
I wanted done he disagreed with, told me I was wrong with my wishes for
the area and told me if I wasn't going to add planting new shrubs the
job would not meet his $1,500 minimum to send out a work crew.   The
landscaping business must be doing well.  I hope to one day be so grand
as to turn up my nose at a willing, paying customer.  When it got to the
point where I was refusing to do things his way he asked, "Have you
ever hired a landscaping company before?"  I've been a homeowner for 30 years.  I've hired a lot of companies before,  but not his.
