Excellent, my yard always looks awesome!!

Again this year Property Pro did a great job mowing my property every week. They showed up promptly, mowed and trimmed the yard, and cleaned the walks and driveway. I could not ask for a better service. I plan on using them again next year.

My husband and I have been using Property Pro's Land Management for several years. We have been completely satisfied with their services each time. They clean up our property at the beginning of spring and the end of fall. They mow our lawn and trim the edging each week. The employees are professional, courteous, and always willing to meet the customer's needs. So many providers of services treat their customers strictly as a means to a paycheck NOT Property Pro's. Their customers are treated as coveted friends and are greeted by each employee with a smile and a sincere 'how are you doing'! So often I hesitate to recommend providers of services. I would and have recommended Property Pro's! We have trusted them from the start and are loyal to them as they to us. Listen to what they did for us: On Tuesday, September 30, the lawn crew were doing their usual mowing when they noticed the smell of gas in our yard. Thanks to them what might have been a catastrophic occurrence was averted. Knowing I was not home they had the gas company contacted who immediately came out and turned our gas line off as there is a leak. Thank you Property Pro's! This company does a great job with the lawn. They always show up when expected to. They also do a great job installing mulch.

The service went very well. They were very responsive and easy to schedule out for the service. It was a really tough job and there was a lot of cleanup involved. He gave a fair estimate that was clearly itemized. I ended up paying additional fees for what I needed done because I really like how he presented the estimate. The staff showed up on time and were efficient workers. They were very flexible with my schedule and did a great job. They were great with the cleanup afterwards. I ended up having them weed and clean several beds, trim all bushes and shrubs, mulch, edged all of the beds, added top soil where pavers were taken up, installed and laid sod, trim all of the Boxwood trees, weeded around the garage, hauled away all debris and weeded around a water feature. They gave clear and precise instructions on how to take care of the lawn afterwards. They followed up several times to make sure we had no questions and that we are still happy. Josh was great and provided us with his personal cell number and made sure the project was turning out the way I liked. They really made sure we got our moneys worth and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. All of the neighbors have been really impressed with the outcome of the service. I can see why they are an A rated company and I would definitely use them again.

They were flexible with my schedule and changes in our plans with the property. They used good materials, and did great work. They were always very professional and hard working.

I wasn't impressed overall because scheduling was so difficult. It just seemed like their time was more important than mine. I don't think I'd use them again because it's just too difficult to coordinate with them.

It was a good experience. They sent out two people who worked for three hours each. They did a yard cleanup for us after the winter.

We arranged the appointment, they showed up when promised, cleaned out gutters and billed me. I was not home so they did this unsupervised. This is the second time I have used them. Good prices and good service.

They were on time and acted professionally when dealing with us, but we took issue with their work on the bushes. Instead of removing them entirely, they simply cut the bushes down to the root structure.

They cleaned up the debris in the yard and that was it (it was too early in the season to mow). There was nothing really that they could do due to the time of year, so this was disappointing that I didn’t get the most out of my Big Deal that was advertised. I feel that the advertising should have been more descriptive as to what they were able to do and what they would not be able to do during that time of the year.

Worked fast. Did extra things that I didn't even ask for (like removing poison ivy near my back fence) and weeding a side bed. Great job.

It seems like they offered something they couldn?t deliver. The scope of the design I was looking for was specifically for landscaping, but they seemed to specialize in decks and hardscaping. More time needed to be spent in framing the problem that I wanted to solve.

Sean and Chris came to my house and installed 300 brick pavers as a border around my pool, lawn, and flower beds. They were on time and worked very hard. They were professional and cleaned up after installing the pavers. They did an excellent job! The work looks fantastic! I would highly recommend their services and would easily call them again in the future.

Sean carried each piece by hand up steps through my garage to his truck. Some of the pieces were very heavy, but he worked diligently and completed the job.

they were practically impossible to get hold of, very poor communication. Also, I accidentally bought two "specials" , and they were hazy about performing twice the work, and did not credit me with any refund.

I've used several companies in the area. Bar none they do the best job. You can see the lines in the lawn each time they mow. I typically try to mow myself, but after having them out a couple times I'm not sure I want to because I know I couldn't do any where near the job they do.

Property Pros began coming out on the days requested (Thursday or Friday) of each week for several months, as initially requested and then they slowly began coming out earlier and earlier in the week. When asked to be put back on the schedule for later in the week, I was told it was impossible, even though the company had been mowing the lawn on the requested days for months. Also, the company charged me for weed removal (one spray) at $255 and the weeds came back within a week. When talking to the company about the issue, they said the only thing they could do was cut the weeds moving forward, even though I had paid to have them removed completely. The landscaping that was done (planted bushes and shrubs and some decorative grasses) and nothing has made it. The shrubs have no leaves on them and look like sticks coming out of the ground. When promised things from this company, there was no follow-through. When trying to contact someone, it would take days to get a return phone call - and it was always a different person calling me back. I would not recommend Property Pros.

They came out for the appointment and they said for an additional fee I could receive an entire drawing which I paid for. They were really nice but they changed their computer systems while I was working with them and I got lost in the change. The follow up wasn’t great but the drawing was good. Overall, they were fine to work with.

Very professional and punctual. Did an excellent job in the front yard space. There is an extra charge for delivering mulch and hauling away any yard waste.

They were okay. When they planted the plants, they put down any mulch, so a lot of them are not flourishing. I expected them to till the ground a bit before they put the plants in.
