They are a very busy practice (esp on surgery day) and it is a small waiting room, so be prepared if your pet is uncomfortable with close quarters. Some clients waited outside. On other visits, it was not too crowded.
We dropped off Honor (Dobe) in the AM for his surgery, picked him up later in afternoon, and came back with Newly for his appt. I could have scheduled at same time, but I was by myself and didn't want to handle both dogs on my own.
I am very happy with Dr. Riebe and Dr. Glidewell. I have primarily seen Dr. Riebe but had a chance to meet Dr. Glidewell as he also saw Newly's x rays. Dr. Riebe took the time to show me the films and explained what was going on with Newly's joints and a recommended course of treatment (and given written instructions - nice). He also followed up with a call about 10 days later to see how both dogs were doing. Rare and much appreciated client treatment in this day and age of big conglomerate owned (instead of privately owned) vet practices. Quite refreshing!
Employees are friendly and professional. As is the case in all offices, some are better with people than others, but all that I had experience with were courteous and seemed to enjoy working there. I think some folks at checkout weren't sure if the front office knew they were there (no acknowledgement) but that was not my experience.
Their prices are definitely reasonable and they (without being asked) offer generic meds. Highly recommend this practice for people who want great vet care without the high pressure 'sales' of corporate clinics. I should add, even though they have a modest looking building, they have all the 'bells and whistles' of a modern clinic. High tech equipment, etc.
I hope they stay this way!

Dr. Glidewell is a superb and caring vet. He stays up-to-date on the newest procedures and equipment. His entire staff is professional and knowledgeable. A second newly-graduated vet has recently joined the staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this animal clinic to anyone for any reason (they are small animal only).
