We have a plan for $121 for their services. My son uses it as well; so there are three phone lines. We have regular phones. I am pretty much satisfied with their service. I usually pay it through my check free and I love that service. It's not an automatic payment. I go in and approve it. If I have an issue with something, I call beforehand before I check it to pay. When it comes to their quality, I sometimes have to stand in the dining room for some phone calls or I can't talk. We really haven't had a problem. My husband usually contacts them and they are very patient with him. So, they are very professional.
