HARMON AUTOGLASS

Our insurance company gave us two names and called Glass Doctor to set up our glass replacement. They could get to me the next day, but they couldn't give me an estimated time. Unfortunately, the next day came and went and no Glass Doctor. I called them late in the afternoon, and they said that our glass wasn't in and that someone should have called. I agreed that someone should have called. They said that someone could be there at noon the next day. Since I had already spent a day waiting, I asked that they call if it was going to be a different time. Finally, a little before one o'clock, Harmon Autoglass, who I was told, is owned by the Glass Doctor, called to check our address. Glass Doctor hadn't entered it properly, in spite of the fact that I spelled it out for them twice. The job was done fairly quickly. Since I only had to pay my insurance deductible, there was no surprise. I was unhappy to discover afterward that he had scratched my car in attempting to wipe off the minute slivers of glass that were on the door. (My plan was to run it through the car wash after having the window repaired.) We also have issues with air leaking where a piece of the rubber seal is loose.
