Excellent communication. Easy payment for services established. First mowing was yesterday. Dan mistakenly mowed my neighbors yard. When he learned of the error he came back within the hour.

"Mr. Bart was happy with the work I had completed when he came home at lunch and paid me, seemed happy upon completion, as I texted him pics of the work and he said it looked great. As I now understand a few days later when he was mowing he decided he wasn't happy with the work I did and never bothered to call me and discuss his concerns. Had he called me, I would have been more than happy to return and correct anything he wasn't happy with."
