Mr. Wixon was outstanding. Phil went through a lot to find out the problem. He was very persistent and has good diagnostic skills. He went and got the part, came back promptly the next day, and fixed the television. It works great. The price ended up being only $240 when it could have been $600. I would use them again in the future and have already recommended them to others.

We felt like we were ripped off because the guy that came to our home did not know what he what he was doing, he walked in and didn't take time to find the problem. We have other guys that were good.
Description of Work: They came and replaced the parts on our TV, he had to come back and redo it because the problem with the TV was still there.

They arrived at the scheduled time and were very friendly. The tech went right to work and soon had the TV in pieces. He was very neat and thorough about his work. He checked and eliminated sources of the problem until he found the problem-a blown fuse. He replace it, put the set back to together, tested everything, and was done. He explained what he had found, wrote us a report, we paid him, and he done.
Description of Work: My 6 month old 56'' HDTV had been struck by lightning and would not work. We called them to come check it out and see if it could be fixed. They came to house, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it! I was never happier!
