Overall, it was a good crew.  They were polite.  They did good work.  They were responsive.  The owner got right on.  He had the work done probably within two weeks.  I thought that the price was very expensive.

Total professionalism in dealing with Mr. Lamb, his staff and espically with Ms. Carol W. whom finalized the billing and cut dates. His discounts for Angie's List  suscribers plus his senior citizen discount - which I gave him the option not to honor the senior citizen discount since I forgot to offer that information before he worked up my estimate - was just icing on the cake. One learns early on that saving money is only worth the savings if one gets quality work or merchandise. His staff arrived with all the needed equipment and after comparing notes, got to work.

 

When they got to the creek, suggested that by using a bulldozer, they would be able to level the property more evenly. They left and returned within the hour, leveled that area, seeded and put straw down which I did not expect them to do. The following day, the mowers came and finished up.  My yard looks great. There is no doubt in my mind that I will continue with this company.

2013 was my first year using Lamb's for the maintenance of my yard. I was always pleased with their work and found the staff to professional and thorough. I will be using them again in 2014.

Last month my hubby had poison ivy so bad that he couldn't go outside with the heat, let alone even try to cut the lawn (and we have a large lawn). So I checked and found Lamb's Lawn. They came the day I called! We were in such need I forgot to ask the cost - luckily they are more than affordable - it was less than our previous tiny lawn had been charged before we moved! And they trimmed and cleaned up! So fast and helpful!! We were able to use the service for several weeks till hubby felt up to tackling the job again - Thanks Lamb's Lawn!!!

Lambs Lawn Service & Landscaping we have used them for years.  They are here every week.  They are very reasonable.  They are fast, I got an acre and they cut it in fifteen minutes and they blow and they trim and they just do a good job.  If I need anything extra all I got to do is tell them, they do it, they don't qualm about it.  If a mailbox gets knocked down, I ask them to put a new one up and they do it, if it snows they come and blow my driveway and scrape my driveway which is 80, 70, 80 feet long.  They never say no.

Great.   RJ Lamb came out as scheduled and emailed an estimate within a couple of days.  After accepting his estimate the crew came out within a few days as soon as the weather permitted.  They completed the work quickly and in a very professional manner.  The workers were very respectful of my property. They were very careful round the barn and mineful of my horses.
Tractors, trailers and other equipment was used and when they left there was no damage to show they had been here.
This is the second time I have used this company and both times they have done the work as agreed to and then a little extra with no additional charges.

RJ and his crew were great to work with on my large-scale cleanup. They showed up when the said they would, did what they promised they would do, and were nice about doing it. They also do my snow removal. They are coming this week to help me with some early spring flower bed cleaning, and I plan to have them cut my grass again this summer.

Dave came and listened to what we were trying to achieve.  We explained to him what we had seen and liked in landscaping at some new homes in the area.  Dave worked with us and gave several suggestions.  He then gave us drawings of the proposed design.  We went to a local nursery and picked out several plants and trees we liked.  Dave made several more suggestions, revised his drawings, and quoted a price. 
We added 17 trees and over 50 flowers, bushes and various plants.  We are absolutely thrilled with the appearance.  It has enhanced the curb appeal of our home tremeandously.  We had several neighbors stop by to complement the appearance or ask who did the work.
We are considering additional work in the spring and will be giving Dave a call.  He did a great job understanding us and guiding us with suggestions.  All in all, we couldn't be happier.
 

He did the landscaping and almost everything he planted died.  So I called him, and he said that he does not guarantee his work.  I asked him if I bought the plants would he replant them, and he never called back. 

THEY ARE OKAY. THEY ARE NOT THE CLEANEST SOMETIMES. THEY'LL SPRAY THE GRASS TOWARD THE WINDOWS. THEY SOMETIMES DON'T DO THE SIDEWALK. THEY LEAVE THE GATE OPEN, AND WE HAVE DOGS.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I THINK THEY ARE EXCELLENT. WHEN OUR HOUSE WAS BUILD WE HAD THE LANDSCAPING DONE BY OTHERS AND THE TREES THEY PLANTED DIED AND THEY NEVER CAME OUT EVEN WHEN EVERYTHING WAS UNDER WARRANTY. THIS COMPANY WE USE NOW IS VERY PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIBLE.
