Very well. I loved his ideas, and he was very willing to do what I asked. It took longer than expected, but I think it was a bigger job than we originally discussed.

Scheduling was tricky on Bill's end, but once he made it out he did the job in the time he quoted and it looks great. We would definitely hire him again.

Seems like he does excellent work. We've got some other work we need to have done and we will call him back again.

I gave Bill a long list of things to do and he managed to get it all done in a week!! I appreciated his dedication to the job and creativity when suggesting solutions.

Bill Burtt has done several small carpentry jobs for us over the past few months. He has always responded promptly and courteously to our phone calls requesting service help. He is always prompt for his appointments, offers sound, experienced-based advice and reasonable estimates for the jobs. Likewise, the work he performs is very professional, especially in the details. He is personable and always cleans up after himself. We recommend him highly, and keep calling him back for similar jobs ourselves.

After and initial pleasant conversation in which I was lead to believe after explaining our repair he wanted to take a look. He understood it was not a big job and took the clients name and number. No call was made so we tried, both the client and myself with no return call. Finally caught him and after explaining the need to confirm his service he responding in a growing agitated tone that he would never travel the distance (same zip code) to do such a small job. If I had known this I would have been in search of another contractor. He continued to blow up ???? never did I raise my voice I said I was going to hang up because I didn't like the tone of his voice and I did, DON'T recommend!
