I went to pay partial bill. Sales rep swiped my card and entered an amount different from what I said three times and she repeated to me three times. Instantly, she knew she messed up. I said "NO,YOU DIDN'T".. she said"YES,I DID,I'm sorry". I said that is all the money I have left for other bills. I was making a partial payment so wouldn't have to strain myself when bill was due. She sees in-store she can't fix,she calls female manager and she says call customer service. Lady on the phone said finance dept said 3 to 5 days before they could fix. I said I bought2 phones,service and extras and Verizion didn't have to wait. I want my dang funky money back!######!!!!!! My bill isn't due till 5/9/2016. Lady kept repeating she was sorry and she understood but that's not paying bills,buying gas or groceries. I want to cut off my Verizon wireless service and will tell friends,family, and neighbors about my Verizon service experience. I have only had phone 1 month and nothing but problems from day1.....÷÷=%/\??:;:* Verizon wireless/Xfinity...

We pay $130 for both Smart phones. We have unlimited call, unlimited texts and we just have one gigabyte of data. We actually had 2 before and I remember that we never even use up to one and I kept saying to them that I think it was too much and they'll say, "Oh, you know when you go over, you wouldn't end up spending a lot of money." And then one day out of the blue, someone at the office called me and said that they can downgrade because I'm spending more money than I need to and I was very surprised. We downgrade it and now we have one supervised in. We used others before and we live in the Carmel area and we used to have dropped calls which is why we switched to Verizon so we don't have any dropped call now. I'd like to spend less.

I was a Verizon Wireless customer for over two years. I decided to go with another company that had more reasonable rates and had my cellular number ported to the other company. I called Verizon Wireless, request/ed that the line be disconnected, and the account closed. I talked with a representative on 9/14 and he told me my account would be closed and I would receive a refund for the last two weeks of service for which I had already paid. He put me on hold while he was completing my request. I receive another bill and called on 10/6 to find out why I received a bill as opposed to a refund and was told that since Verizon bills in advance, it continues to charge you until the 28th of the month regardless whether you can access the service. The agent refused to issue a refund even though I clearly had no charges and said that the other agent put in his notes that I was told the billing would continue until the 28th of September. The agent was rude and the prior agent mislead me. Besides that, the other agent misrepresented to me that I would receive a refund. I will not use Verizon Wireless again and do not recommend Verizon to anyone.

I do everything over the internet and I have a problem. An upgrade is not worth it to me because I am not in the category for a smart phone. I think they have a good quality and don't drop calls. In the past, the people that I have interacted with are very professional and service oriented. I would tell my friends and family that it is good quality and worth the price that you pay for it. I give them a B on price but I think all cell phones are over priced. I have been with them for so long that I do not have a contract. My service has always been excellent so there is no reason to change even though I am on month to month billing.

We use Verizon Wireless for cable, phone, and internet services. Everything seems to work fine. We have not had any problems with them so far. We did not have the internet hooked up when we first moved here, so we decided to add that. They were prompt and called us before they came in, and everything worked well when they left. People that we had talked to said Verizon was the best to use because even if the storms come in, we would not lose the signal. They just came in and did what they were supposed to do.

They never could get service to our house. We had to get a block away from the house to use our cell phones. They wouldn't let us out of our contracts because we didn't have enough dropped calls. The experience was pretty annoying. Customer service was pretty useless. They couldn't explain what the problem was and wouldn't send anyone out to check it.

My entire family has used Verizon for almost 3 years. I had billing problems when I first signed up with them, but the problems were always handled quickly and satisfactorily. My older daughter is a college student and she says Verizon is the best service on campus. Many of her friends with other cell phone providers do not get as good a service as she does with Verizon.

Each time they exchanged a different part in order to see what was wrong. They replaced: the remote charger, the car charger, the phone itself and the battery twice. The only bad thing about replacing the battery was that they made me pay for it upfront and billed me for it. I was supposed to go back once I received the new battery in the mail and get credit for the old one. Unfortunately, the second time this occurred, I couldn't find my old battery and ended up paying about $30 for nothing. In the end, they gave me a completely different model of phone (LG) which has worked perfectly!

Almost everywhere I go Verizon has me covered. In my opinion its the best provider out there for our Indiana Area. Hardly ever get a dropped signal. Just all around good service and will recommend it to anyone for their on the go computer needs.

We are disappointed in Verizon's signal strength. My husband who works from home has lost his signal several times. And we live in the middle of Indianapolis where coverage should be excellent. The reception in our home is only two out of four bars. We appreciate Verizon's large coverage area, but we find the service lacking. We use Verizon because my husband's employer has worked out special pricing, but I'm sure we'll switch services when our contract is fulfilled. I am also sorely disappointed in the phone which was recommended to us. After getting this phone, I was informed by several people that this make was not reliable. I find it is very difficult to hear.
