Carma Sheward was very helpful in selection of the roofing material, the filing of the insurance claim, and quick to respond to any of my questions or needs. The roofing crew that Sheward construction used was amazing. Many of my neighbors were impressed with their professionalism, roofing crew, and clean up that they all knew who they would use when needing a new roof. The work and interaction was total professionalism and completion on time.

Description of Work: Jason and his wife were very informative. They were on time and their team did an amazing job. They came in and completed a complete roof job which included tearing everything off to the wood in 2 days. They came in, did their work, cleaned up and where gone. If I didn't know the work was being done I would not have known they were even here. Their clean up was amazing!

Now only did they explain the process, but were also very helpful in guiding me with the insurance company and my claim. The price was incredibly reasonable, their professionalism was top notch, they were always quick to respond to my questions and the roof was replaced in one day. They also cleaned up after themselves and my roof looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Sheward Contractors and would absolutely use them again.

+ -1 moreJason's company started and completed the roofing job in one day, replacing the complete roof with a shingle color/style of my own choosing (actual, my wife's choosing). The roofing crew was professional and very protective of the house and landscaping as they remove a mountain of old shingles. A week or so later, another team came in to repair the inside damage- in less that a day. I could not have been more pleased with the work that Jason and his company did. I would be glad to show anyone the results of my roof repair or answer any questions by phone.
Description of Work: The Sheward team first approached me in September, 2014 with a door knock visit to asked if I thought I had hail roof damage (which I normally do not answer) . However, Jason Sheward seem to be a vary knowledgeable and I said, "I don't know, please check." After the inspection, he stated the roof was significantly damaged. He proceeded to help me call my insurance agent, who started a claim and sent an insurance inspector to our home. Jason was there with the inspector, who both went up to my roof for the insurance inspection. After they came down, the inspector verified every detail that Jason had outlined to me. That even included some minor ceiling damage inside my home. The insurance company accepted the inspectors conclusion and Jason's company started and completed the entire job. My cost was a $250 deductible on my insurance. The total repairs totaled about $18,000. Without Jason's timely visit, I could have ended up with paying that bill all on my own.

They were very thorough in the explanations of what was wrong and what work they would do. The job was done quickly and effectively. It looks great and has made us feel more protected from the elements in our home as we raise our family. We highly recommend Sheward Contractors and would not hesitate to call on them again if a potential problem should arise.
Description of Work: Sheward Contractors provided a free 10 point roof inspection that was very thorough and informative, providing pictures of some areas of the roof that needed repair. They were able to effectively repair the damaged areas quickly and effectively.
