Primary Residential Mortgage Inc

My current mortgage company is Primary Residential Mortgage. Their services are rolled up with the mortgage. It wasn't an actual purchase made, I used them to help get my mortgage. What stood out the most about this company is that it was consistent and they were knowledgeable.

We found Primary Residential Mortgage through Lending Tree.  NOTE:  If you expect to get 15-20 phone calls and 30+ emails, go to Lending Tree and look for mortgage companies with the best rates.  I regretted that decision, but one of the companies was local and I returned the phone calls. 
Overall the process went fine - just was not near as open, smooth, or conversational as my prior experiences.  We were asking for a small loan (80%) and have excellent credit score, no debt, and fulfilled all requests for information and documentation in less that 12 hours.
Based on prior experiences, the loan application, underwriting, and origination did not go smoothly.  I expected better/more frequent communication during the process.
Loan manager did not become familiar with the Purchase Agreement - especially terms that were dependencies for loan processing (e.g., deadline for homeowner's insurance, unconditional approval); was never informed of when wire for loan closing would be sent by the mortgagor.
Was never contacted by Jon Knight after the original call to see how the process was going or to thank me for my business.

Please note:  Primary Residential Mortgage allows for online payments and autopay but cannot stop paper billing statements from being mailed via USPS.  Also, don't expect service requests or questions to be addressed in a timely manner once the mortgage is in place.

AMAZING!  We found this company through Angie's List and they were phenomenal.  Prior to us determining to go with them they spent a significant amount of time answering all of our questions.  This was very impressive being that they had not secured our business at this point.  Once we determined to go with them they further impressed us by their professionalism and speed of service.  We were able to close on our new mortgage within 30 days and could not be happier.  We would highly suggest this company; they are fabulous!!

Other than how difficult it has become to get loans in this current market, in terms of the voluminous amount of info one must disclose, this was a fine experience and Bill delivered as promised.
