Excellent service! I went in without an appointment and was finished in about an hour. The staff we very friendly and the waiting area clean and neat. This was my first visit, but I will choose them again the next time I need tire service.

These guys are nothing short of amazing. I've been coming to this particular location for as long as I can remember for general maintenance like oil changes and new tires. They always know me when I come in, entertain my child and always have good converation and great service to boot. I will keep coming here for as long as they are in business because as a woman, they make me still feel as though I'm in control of my decisions and have never tried to upsell be on crap for my vehicle. If you have a soul, these guys will always be the best in the business by far.

I went in a bit before the time the tires were actually due to be rotated. The gentleman behind the counter kindly explained when they needed to be rotated and an easy way for me to remember. Very professional and great customer service.

I selected IndyTire because of the tire price / value -- the person on the phone was very helpful and patient when I called to get information. When I arrived for the appointment (7:30 AM) everyone was ready to get to work. They inspected my brakes and told me that I didn't really need one yet, and explained how the brake fluid level and brake light works so that I would know when I really did need a brake job. Given that they declined unnecessary work (I would not have known it was unnecessary), had an early appointment (and wifi), I would strongly recommend them.

My only complaint with the experience was a " shop supply fee" of $ 10.49 that was on the invoice. I questioned the charge as it was not included in the estimate I received before the work was started. The charge was not explained to my satisfaction and I told the customer representative it whould have been included with the estimate. I'm suspicious of hidden fees and feel this came close to that descritption. Otherwise the experience was satisfactory.

Very polite and helpful. Not knowing much about cars, I feel very comfortable there and they make a point to keep me informed. Ordered a part for me and it was in the next day. I was able to schedule and get it fixed the same day - for a windshield wiper - not even a tire. I've also bought tires there - excellent service. Both Mike and Chris are excellent.
