I have been a member at FORUM for many years, but this was the first mortgage we purchased from them. Could not have been smoother! What was even better, they were cheaper than the best I could find on the internet. Make sure you compare apples to apples when shopping for a mortgage - don't let the companies try to sell you a payment (as did many we talked to) FORUM broke out their closing costs, external fees, points on the loan (if you choose to buy a lower rate) and they were honest and exact. Closing was a breeze and they met at the branch closest to us in Noblesville. Highly recommend them.

See above, total nightmare. We are educated professional and have never felt so taken advantage of. We are certain this information was never relayed to us, yet we are stuck with the $1200 of charges that were never agreed at the time of signing.

He had a lot of scam checks coming in, and they went above and beyond to help straighten out his account. They stopped his account, and reopened an account for him.

They are always courteous and willing to help us. We never have any trouble with their service. When they switched to a new computer system my computer didn't want to go to their web site. Their IT person walked me through how to get to the site properly.

I have been with them for 25 years. I can get just about anything I want.

I like to pay two payments at a time; to me it's like an installment loan. When I borrowed the money they told me that even if I was paid a year ahead, if a month came that I didn't make a payment I would be late because I had to make a payment every month, no matter how much I paid. To me that's counter-productive to installment loans. I feel that if you have a 36 month installment loan and you have paid 13 payments and it's only three months into the loan, it should be considered paid ahead. They said no. I was furious about that.

I like them since they were very friendly, receptive, and prompt. I have used their bank for a long time and I am happy with all their services.

I'm happy with them. I did extremely personal service with them. They have been sort of leading in the latest technology. They were the first ones that I came across that had deposit cheques for my phone. I would use them in the future.

Everything is always done so simple and easy and quick. I've never had any issues with them whatsoever. When I used to deal with banks, it seems like something always used to come up, but nothing ever does and it's great. There aren't any hidden fees and they're very good about responding to you and calling you back if you leave a personal message. Even if you're not talking to the right department, they're very quick at discerning that and getting you in touch with the right people.

We used them, as we get a better rate on interest for our car payments. The interest on CDs is much better than other banks in the area. If you do miss a bill, or write a check w/ insufficent funds, they have a deal where they will give you a loan to cover, which costs a few cents in interest, instead of the $30 plus with many banks. My experience with them has always been great and would always use them for my car payments. They are very friendly and are always willing to help.
