The arrangement sent was not what I had specifically asked them to make. I sent an email just to tell them I would have appreciated a call if they were going to change the order. Instead of just apologizing for not calling, I was told that they had sent what I had ordered but that perhaps the funeral home switched the cards. I had ordered purple orchids with purple rocks in a cube (the same arrangement they had supplied in our office) -- what they sent was a small arrangement of yellow orchids with yellow rocks, which looked rather anemic to me (I only like yellow for daffodils and tulips). There were no purple orchids there from which a card could have been switched. The reason I'm giving them an "F" is not really because of the flowers they delivered -- I could have let that pass -- I'm upset that they are trying to place blame for their mistake on the funeral home. I will definitely not use this company again.
