Description of Work: Doug was GREAT! I walked the house with him. He is highly rated in Angie's List. He is just a good person very personable, which I like when it comes to spending my hard earned money. He showed me in detail what was wrong and need to be fixed. H provided the report within 2 days. I would recommend Doug to everyone for a home inspection. He also does alarms which I will probably use him for that as well. He said he has been doing inspections for over 20 YEARS! Definitely a guy I feel good I can trust. He really takes pride in his work. Thanks Doug!!

Description of Work: Doug Wehr did an inspection of a condo I was buying. the seller's agent had already done an inspection but Doug found several things that the prior inspection missed, including a couple that were dangerous and in violation of building codes. He had to remove kitchen drawers to find one serious electrical issue, which the prior inspector clearly did not bother to do. He was on time, in fact waiting for me, polite and professional. He explained everything in detail,and I was impressed with how thorough he was. I have since needed to ask him a couple of questions, and he has replied to my emails promptly and effectively. very impressed. Recommend highly.

Description of Work: They did a partial inspection of my home, the attic and outside electrical boxes due to a leak I was having in my 2 upstairs bathrooms around the vent fans and a GFI that was tripping all the time. It was a limited inspection to these areas.

 + -1 moreHE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US AS HE WENT ALONG. HIS WHOLE REPORT SYSTEM WAS COMPUTERIZED ON A LAPTOP SO HE WAS ABLE TO ENTER THE PHOTO, COMMENTS, AND PRINT A REPORT TO GIVE US BEFORE HE LEFT. HE WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND PERSONABLE. HE SEEMED TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
