The best part was the ease of access. The worst part was improperly pressed service. It was significantly interferring on its ability to be used. The price was fair.

Was frustrated by the lack of communication regarding pick up of the slacks.  At no point was I called to say the slacks wouldn't be ready on the promised date which resulted in 2 additional trips that I didn't need to make.  The manager apologized, but after repeated attempts only to have the problem not corrected was very disappointing.

"Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear about your experience and the inconvenience of having to make multiple trips. We have taken the time to talk to all parties involved and consult the notes on the ticketed item as well as the notes in our customer database. Our notes state that in late February [member name removed] dropped off a few items for cleaning as a first time customer. She pointed out a pair of slacks and stated another cleaner had put double creases in the slacks. She asked if we could remove the creases. The pants were sent to our plant and flagged with a note asking to remove the creases. It appears this was our opportunity to earn your business by rectifying the other cleaner's mistake. The pants came back to the store and our store manager noticed that the double creases the other cleaner created were still in the pants and had not been removed by our team. Our store manager sent them back to the plant for a "re-do" and attempted to contact [member name removed]but was unable to leave a voice mail. Our store manager acknowledges that she should have continued to try to reach [member name removed] because it resulted in [member name removed] having to find out the pants were not ready when she returned to the store. The second time the pants came back from our plant, the double creases were still in the pants and by some error, there was an additional crease along the side of one of the pant legs. Our store manager was extremely apologetic and offered to send them back once again but by this point [member name removed] was too frustrated to give us another chance. She had a bag of clothing with her and indicated she was taking them elsewhere and would not be using us again. We understand the overall frustration [member name removed] had with the previous cleaner creating the creases, our inability to remove them and finally, our lack of communication. We tried twice to remove the creases and we should have done a better job at communicating that with [member name removed] Our store manager felt so bad that she called [member name removed] again, the next day, to ask that we be given another opportunity to earn her business. We understand this initial experience shed a negative light as a first time customer but we believe we cleaned and pressed the other items [member name removed]brought us well. There were no complaints to our store manager regarding the quality of our work on those items."

The experience has been okay. It seems like once a year I have an issue, like they lose something or they ruin something. Something happens. Other than that one time a year the billing is good and the service is good, they pick up and return when they say they are going to.

My husband has used every dry cleaner in town and these are the only people that get it right for him. They don't put too many shirts together so that they stay pressed and they replace the buttons that fall off.

DUE TO A NEW WASHING MACHINE WHERE ''COLD'' IS NOT COLD AND HEATS WATER TO 77 DEGREES (WHIRLPOOL DUET), WASHER DUMPS COLD THEN SCALDING HOT WATER ONTO CLOTHES TO REACH THE ''IDEAL'' TEMPERATURE. NOT REALIZING THAT THE ''DELICATE'' SETTING WOULD DO THIS, I SHRUNK THE TOP LAYER (CREPE/SILK) OF A SILK SKIRT AND THEN IT WAS SEVERAL INCHES SHORTER THAN THE BOTTOM LAYER. I TOOK THIS INTO THE CLEANERS AND THEY MIRACULOUSLY WERE ABLE TO STEAM THE UPPER LAYER BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL LENGTH AND ONLY CHARGED ME THE REGULAR CLEANING FEE. THEY ALWAYS DO A NICE JOB ON MY HUSBANDS SHIRTS.

I LOVE THE DRIVE UP WINDOW AT THIS LOCATION! MY SON IS ONLY TWO YEARS OLD AND I HATE TO TAKE HIM OUT OF HIS CAR SEAT JUST TO BRING IN SOME DRY CLEANING. NOW, I DON'T HAVE TO! I'M ALWAYS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND LEAVE WITH CLEAN CLOTHES.

THEY HAD ORIGINALLY RUINED A DRESS OF MINE THAT HAD A GREAT DEAL OF SENTIMENTAL VALUE TO ME. I HAD ORIGINALLY GIVEN THEM ALL F’S! I WAS DEVESTAED BY THIS EXPERIENCE. AFTER DEALING WITH HIM FOR AWHILE, HE ACTUALLY DID COME AROUND AND FELT BAD FOR WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO ME. I FOUND HIM TO BE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE ON HIS CRAFT. I DO UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS CAN HAPPEN AND NO ONE IS ALWAYS PERFECT. HE GAVE ME BACK THE DRESS, DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE CLEANING AND REIMBURSED ME $90 FOR THE COST OF THE DRESS.
