They did a fair job of installation, though we did need to have them out 2 additional times to repair the same leak. It was fixed right the second time. We love the water softener itself. It is so efficient, and because it regenerates based on your actual water consumption, we use a lot less salt than we did with our previous water softener. We recently scheduled salt delivery with them, and that did not go so well. They did not come when they said they would, did not call when they said they would, etc., but we do love our new water softener.

We went to the store to discuss the different systems and to ask questions about how water softeners worked. The Aqua System personnel were professional and helpful in explaining their product. The price included the plumbing and softener installation. The technician showed up on time. The softener was installed in the basement. After filling the tank with 320 pounds of salt, he cleaned up the work area, explained how the unit functioned and completed the job in less time time than expected. We were very pleased with the overall experience. The 5 year warranty and ease of maintenance were the reasons we chose Aqua Systems.

I picked up bottled water for my cooler. Aqua has a drive through service and will load your vehicle for you. I was a new customer and had received excellent help over the phone when I called to inquire about price, location, and procedures. However, when I pulled up in my van, the teenager on duty simply looked at me. I had to ask if I was in the correct place; even then he didn't respond. When he loaded the three large bottles in the back of my van, he did not set them in a secure spot so that as I drove off they began to roll around.

All of the Aqua Systems personnel I spoke with were professional & friendly. Their technician turned up on time and installed the softner in the basement. He filled the salt tank with 300+ lbs of salt (which he had to carry down into the basement), cleaned the job site and explained the system to me. Everything went very smoothly and I feel the price which covered the system, installation, salt and a 5yr warrenty was good.

They were good, prompt, and the guys who put it in were great. Aqua System was the only one who wanted to explain their service to us at the home show rather than come for a sales visit. They explained everything thoroughly, gave us a price, and stuck to it when the work was done. I called once with a question, and it was taken care of immediately. Their customer service is top notch.

Their quote was a lot lower than Indpls Soft Water Systems. They were prompt and came and took care of it.

Service tech was on time and explained what he was doing so I could do the same if there were any future problems. He was very helpful, and the price seemed more than reasonable.

There were a few bumps along the way, but once it was installed everything was good.

I phoned this Fishers branch office of Aqua Systems and was disappointed by the lack of thorough support by the service personnel in diagnosing the problem with my water softener timer/control unit and providing all alternative resolutions. I was told I couldn't obtain same-day service for the unit, and wasn't even told I should call their main location in Avon to see if they had an exchange unit or could perform the repairs that day. I actually did call the Avon office at my own prerogative and that location's personnel were a stark improvement in customer service, thorough analysis and they even exchanged the control unit the same day. I will never call the Fishers Aqua systems location for any type of technical support service. This location's level of customer phone support was apathetic in tone and very rote in their responses. I advised the Avon branch and they were glad I told them of the poor service, stating that locations seemed to not have the right parts, etc.

My old water softener was leaking and he said it was old and rusty, that I really needed a new one. I ended up renting a new softener from them. They came out and removed the old unit, hauled it away and installed the new one. If anything goes wrong with it, I just call them and they come out and repair the water softener. They also provide salt. The charge was $99 to install the water softener, which included 2 bags of salt, the first month rent and installation. The charge per month is $15.99 + tax.

Todd Little was very professional and personable when I went to their store to discuss the purchase of a new water softener. I was given a clear explanation of the product. Upon deciding to purchase the softener, I was given an Indy Home Show discount and an Angie's List coupon was honored. The technician arrived at our home during the pre-arranged time, installed the softener, added salt, and left the area clean. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

Simple to deal with, prompt, professional, would recommend.

Installer was prompt and professional. Stayed until the job was done (7 p.m.) Took precautions to protect our belongings from the inevitable errant stray water spurts. Cleaned up after himself. Never would have even known he was there. Aqua Systems was approx.$500 cheaper than a quoted Culligan system that I thought was a comparable product. Plus I was given a $25 Angies list discount.

I THINK THAT THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND TRUE TO THEIR WORD REGARDING PRICE.

I walked in to the store carrying a small vial, to ask if they knew what the stuff coming out of our faucet was, and if it might be related to our water softener. Someone was there to help me immediately, identified the stuff as resin, looked my unit up on their computer, and told me about how much he thought the repair would cost. He gave me the option of disconnecting and carrying in the softener, or having someone come out to our house to do this. I chose to bring it in myself, to save the cost of the service call, so he explained in detail exactly what I would need to do to disconnect it. After I brought the unit in and they looked at it, they thought it might need some additional parts, and I told them to go ahead with the repair. The work was done the same day, they ended up not having to do as much as they originally thought, and as a result, the cost ended up being well under what was estimated.

I needed to order parts and they are coming back to replace parts at no additional cost. I'm impressed.

GREAT TO DEAL WITH. THEIR REP CAME TO OUR HOME WITHIN A DAY OF CALLING THEM, AT A VERY CONVENIENT TIME FOR US. HE WAS VERY CREATIVE IN DETERMINING WHERE TO PUT IT SINCE WE HAVE VERY LIMITED SPACE TO WORK IN. THE JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION. WE HAVE SEVERAL FRIENDS THAT HANDS-DOWN RECOMMENDED AQUA SYSTEMS, WHICH ONLY ADDED TO THE GREAT COMMENTS THAT I HAD FOUND ON ANGIE'S LIST.

BEST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH - WE RENT THE REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM AND THEY MAKE A POINT TO CALL US YEARLY TO CHANGE THE FILTER. THE SERVICEMEN ARE INCREDIBLY POLITE. THE BILLS ARE EASY TO INTERPRET. BOTH SYSTEMS WORK WONDERFULLY.

THIS COMPANY DOES A GREAT JOB. WE HAD THEM INSTALL THE SAME SYSTEMS IN OUR LAST HOUSE. THE ARE PROFESSIONAL AND RESPOSIVE TO CALLS. INSTALLER WAS POLITE AND KNEW HIS BUSINESS. THE NEW SYSTEM HAS A NEW TYPE INTERFACE. THE INSTALLER EXPLAINED HOW TO USE IT TO GET THE BEST OUT OF OUR SYSTEM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I DID A LOT OF COMPARATIVE RESEARCH ON THE WEB BEFORE DECIDING ON THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCT. JASON, THE MANAGER, WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THE DIFFERENT EQUIPMENT, PRICING, AND FINANCING OPTIONS AVAILABLE. SINCE I LIVE IN A CONDO WITH THE MAIN WATER SHUT OFF VALVE UPSTAIRS IN THE LAUNDRY/FURNACE ROOM, IT WAS NOT A SIMPLE INSTALLATION. STEVE, WHO INSTALLED THE SYSTEM,EXPLAINED THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO CUT INTO THE DRYWALL TO LOCATE THE APPROPRIATE PIPES, BEFORE HE DID ANYTHING. HE ALSO EXPLAINED THE DIRECTION OF WATER FLOW THROUGH THE VARIOUS PIPES, AND HOW TO MAINTAIN AND OPERATE THE SYSTEM. VERY CUSTOMER-FOCUSSED IN EXPLAINING EVERYTHING CLEARLY.

MY WIFE SAID THE MAN WAS DOING PROFESSIONAL WORK, AND DID HIS BEST TO MAKE HER FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH HIS SERVICE. WE WERE WELL INFORMED ABOUT THE WATER SOFTENER BEFORE WE PURCHASED IT. THE DEALER ALLOWED US TO ASK QUESTIONS, GOOD OR STUPID, AND ANSWERED US IN A FRIENDLY WAY. THE WATER SOFTENER WAS INSTALLED TWO BUSINESS DAYS AFTER WE ORDERED IT.
