They were on time. They were in and out quickly. They took the time to show me how to work it. It was easy to make an appointment and to work with them.

Our overall experience in working out the details and scheduling the new replacement was excellent. I handled everything over the phone, and they arrived on time and took care of everything within approximately 2 hrs.

They were $1,500 LESS than a competitor. They didn't try to sell me up, they actually listened to me and did only the work I had requested. They were prompt, reliable, clean and just a really good service.

They installed a reverse osmosis system in my kitchen. Now I am moving to a new home and I can take it with me to save me from a service call to uninstall the system. They talked me through the process while I was in their store and then by phone after I got home and had troubles. Now they will be coming to my new home to install the system since that part is really out of my range! Their entire sales and service department are excellent.

The Aqua sales rep was very helpful on the phone. No hard sell, just facts. No attempts to bump me up to a system larger than what I would need. I was viewing the Aqua systems website while talking to the rep and he was very good at directing me to pictures on the site to help explain things. After the initial phone call, I decided to go into the store to see the systems first hand. Bought a system and had it installed about 4 days later. The installer was very courteous and only took about an hour to do his work. Took my old softener away. We've been really pleased so far with how it is working. I feel more comfortable with Aqua's customer service than at other places. Their price was more middle of the road compared to the other options I researched.

Everything went fine. We were very happy. They were very courteous, and they explained how it works well. They took their time and did a good job. I would recommend them.

Called Aqua Systems in June for the water softener. Salt level wasn't going down and the water was rusty. Aqua Systems came out and not only reset all the computer settings, but explained everything, gave it a good inspection and cleaned out the filter. The settings had gone haywire after the electricity was out for several house a few weeks before. Everything worked great after that! They were thorough, friendly, did a good job, and they did not charge us anything! (We do not have a service contract with them. The previous owner of the house bought the water softener from them, though.) We will certainly call them for any other softener problems.

They are always professional and courteous. I pay a little extra to have them deliver the salt, but it is well worth it to me considering the hassle of hauling those heavy bags. I pay around $50 for four 80 lb. bags, which they dump into my softener for me.

I would use them again and I would recommend them.

They make the process of getting water very painless and simple. They have a drive-thru where someone gets the empties out of my car and loads the new ones for me and then all I have to do is pay. I also love that they have a Water Club Card where when you buy 12 bottles you get 1 free. There water tastes very good and we love the fact that we are no longer using individual water bottles that, even though we recycled them, made us feel like we not being eco-friendly. Now we have less waste and healthy water for our family at a reasonable cost. I only wish they had a location on the east side, where we live, because they are in Castleton and if we run out of water, I won't make a trip just to get refills, I wait until we need something else up there as well.

Within 1 1/2 hours after we were in the store, a technician came to our home. He checked out the location for the water softener, determined if any special plumbing work needed to be done, and gave us an estimate. The installation took place 2 days later and we greatly appreciated not having to wait a long time for service. Also, we were given a specific time frame for the installation and didn't have to stay home all day. Within 4 days, the time frame needed to replace the old hard water with the new soft water in our water heater, dishes and glasses came out of the dishwasher clean and spot free.

Everything went great from stopping in the store to see what our selection was to calling on the phone to clarify our questions to the install. Perfect and professional. They called the morning of the install to give us a time frame that they would be out and they were 10 minutes early. The installer was courteous, and explained what he was doing and again VERY professional. We have an Angie's List coupon I don't know if we will get to use (fianc ' didn't mention it when we ordered the service) but would not only recommend but would use again if I needed one.

We've used Aqua Systems for about 2 1/2 years now, and are very satisfied. The water is great (no taste), the cooler is nice, and deliveries are always made on time, per a list of dates they provide well in advance. A couple times our bill wasn't right (once too much, once too little), but we called and it was corrected immediately.

They were fine. They came in and did what they had to do. It's a better piece of equipment than I had before. It's a couple dollars more per month but it's well worth it. Cost is monthly.

They were very professional, arrived on time. They installed it, did a very good job and explained everything about it.

Shopped around for a new softener to replace old one that had broken down. Their softener seemed to provide the best combination of price and quality. It appears to be a well crafted softener. Of course, the test of quality will only be proven with time. As of now, the unit is performing well and adequately softening the water. The installer was polite and did a solid, quick and efficient job. They also hauled away my old softener at no extra charge. I have no complaints with the softener or installation at this time.

They were helpful in helping me compare different systems and providers. Their website is very good as well. I ended up going with them because their machine offered more capacity for a minimal increase in price over the other companies.

We have been using their service for years with no problems. We don't use their delivery we pick up the water ourselves. They are very courteous and their curbside pick-up is very efficient even if you show up at 1:59 on a Saturday when they close at 2! They are very customer oriented and we will continue to use them.

Exactly as they told me it would and in a timely fashion. They were on time, did the work, cleaned up, explained what I needed to do. Good effective work.

The service at the store was excellent. They were not high pressure, looked at a water sample and based on our family size, made a recommendation. The installation went very well. The service techs were very nice and worked quite efficiently.

We didn't want to have to replace our approximately 15 year old system, but felt like it was good advice to get a new and improved one rather than put money into an obsolete model.

They were very professional. I did get a discount during the Home Show at the State Fairgrounds.

They did a great job, I don't have any problems at all.
