It has been great for over a year and half.

We opted to go with a Kinetico system, even though it was considerably more expensive, due to the longer lifetime and lower energy and salt usage. In a situation in which a more standard type of softener is needed, we would definitely consider Aqua Systems again.

Service man arrived on time, spent about 2 hours, and installed both systems. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and careful. He even removed his shoes each time he entered the house. Both softener and drinking water system work great.

I got rave reviews about Aqua Systems from a co-worker and I found their estimate lower than other companies I contacted. The associates in their Fishers store were helpful when I first went to talk with them in person. They scheduled a date for an in-home visit to see if a plumber would be needed alongside their associates and scheduling the installation went smoothly too. The trickiest part of the job for me was scheduling a plumber to be in my home the same time as the Aqua Systems installer. Because a gas water heater needed to be moved for installation of the water softener, I had to coordinate both service calls simultaneously. It worked out, both service professionals were prompt on arrival and the installation went smoothly. I look forward to working with Aqua Systems in the future and, like my co-worker, would recommend this company to others for straightforward information, no up-selling and courteous, professional demeanor.

From my phone call to the installation, their demeanor, attitude and service was exactly what I was looking for. I called a competitor and they couldn't give me even a range of prices without sending someone to my house. Aqua Systems gave me two prices for systems (one being slightly higher quality than the other) and that was the price I paid.
