I thought the were great. The first time they fixed everything. It stopped working within 2 weeks and they came back out and repaired it free of charge. It's working great. They were very professional and great.

Everything turned out excellent. They gave it to us for a really reasonable price. I have been very satisfied with the product.

Great ..the installer was very professional and helpful, did the installation according to code, no cutting corners. He was dealing with existing plumbing because we were just replacing a worn out water softener, so was done very quickly and efficiently. They hauled away old unit which was extremely helpful to us.Explained the function and things we needed to know to operate easily. This is a very quiet unit . Had the option of 1 year same as cash/ fin. which was helpful to us.

It went very well. The technician arrived at the beginning of his scheduled time window and went about performing his job expeditiously. He removed the old equipment from the premises and gave me the procedures to follow regarding the new equipment.

I liked the quality and efficiency, they did a really good job. I thought their price was the best.

I'm probably one of the few who still rent, rather than purchase, a softener. One day a couple of years ago, the old softener had issues. Instead of trying to repair it they installed a newer, more salt-efficient model, in its place. I've been very happy with the quality, effectiveness, and reduced salt use, and it didn't cost a penny more in rent (about $20/mo). Haven't had any problems to date with the new model. I was given the option to purchase this shortly after installation, but I turned that down. (If I can, I may look into purchasing it down the road.)

I thought I would end up needing to have them come out and service my system. In the end, they were able to trouble-shoot and assist me over the phone, saving me the money on a service call. They are helpful, courteous, friendly and are not trying to make a quick buck, but really do their best to service their customers. I haven't had any negative experiences with Aqua Systems in the 6 years we've done business. They are consistent and we will continue to use them.

It went perfectly. It's effortless. They come when they say they will. They leave extra bags and away they go.

Called Aqua systems for a water softner. They provided a recommendation as to what I needed. I was concerned if I still had the appropriate hookups (it appeared the house may have had a water softerner at one time but there was not one there when I bought the house and had done significant remodeling and re-routing of the plumbing since.) They came out to assess the situation and be sure all the plumbing was set for installation. We then scheduled an installation appointment. The installation went smoothly with little fuss or mess. They were on time. Water softner has worked great since. They will deliver salt if needed. Very pleased with service.

From sales to the installation, we were very impressed with Acqua. Sales people were knowledgeable and helpful and the inatallers did a great job. Their product comes with a 10 year warrantee on parts and labor, which is important to us. Would use them again.

Their price was comparable to the other company. They were punctual. One thing that stands out is they sent a rather young installer that just did water softeners. I asked him to connect our refrigerator ice and water dispensing unit to the reverse osmosis unit. It was another $300.00 for the reverse osmosis unit. They told me in the original agreement that they were going to connect the unit. He didn't want to do that because he was in a hurry to get his job done. I had to police him the whole time. The firm is fairly reliable. They charge too much for their salt, but the service man who delivers the salt is extremely reliable and extremely careful and he is trustworthy. I like him. I did not like the installer, but that was a number of years ago. They are kind of expensive, but they are much better than the other company as far as service, reliability, and trustworthiness.

They charged me $1700 for the water softener. They installed it for me. It went well. There was one difficulty with the followup. They failed to send adequate staff to move the old softener. It sat in my basement for a couple of weeks. Other than that, I was very pleased. Their price was competitive. I will use this company in the future.

We were very pleased with them. They were very punctual and cut right to the chase and did not try to over sell us on anything. We went with them first of all because they are just down the street from us and I also received a lot of good reviews from the list on that particular location. We paid with tax a little over $1500 and choose the one with 7 year and with the water purification system under the sink.

They did well. I think they were competitive. The quality of work was very good. They were on time. Their professionalism was good.

We are trying to decide what kind of a system to buy from them. I was looking to have my system repaired because it wasn't working properly. It is an old system and they don't have the part any longer. They gave us a phone number to call to see what kind of system would be proper for our house. They were very polite and professional when they came out.

I called ahead and made sure they could take care of the leak. They did with no charge. The gentleman who came was very timely and I could only fault him for not turning on the water line for the water softner. I was able to figure that out myself though.

I walked in and got the information on it. I asked them if they had one and I purchased it. I have been pleased with it. I bought more than just a water softener. I bought a filtration system where the water goes through a charcoal thing and a special thing for drinking water too; charcoal filtering and drinking water too. It has worked well. I have an electric kettle in which I make quite a lot of tea. It had to be descaled. Ever since I have bought the water filters, I did not have to do that at all. It costed about $1000. My experience with them has been good. I had not priced anybody else. I had spoken to someone who had bought the system from them. They had done extensive research on the price. So I cannot comment on the price. I have been pleased with their quality. I have not had any need to find out about their responsiveness. I will use them in the future.

I had broken my ankle and was not able to carry anything. my wife told me the water softner was completely out of salt. We called aqua systems they came out to the house the next day. they just so happened to be in our area and carried 320#'s of salt pellets down to the basement and filled our softner up and carried off his emptied sacks. they were there to help us quickly and for a reasonable price.

Great experience. This is the 3rd home I've had them install a R/O system in and was just a good an experience as the first 2 times. They accomodated a tight schedule to get it installed, showed up when promised, and did a very professional installation job.

They saved me a lot of money by telling me what I could do instead of doing the replacement themselves and charging me to come out. They were happy to help and very professional.
