First off, I must say that Ryan is an excellent trainer and has a high degree of integrity and professional ethics. He is a very fair and honest businessman, which is highly commendable in this day and age! I was extremely pleased with the outcome. My dog is responding very well to obedience commands and I too am learning (from what Ryan taught me) successful ways to handle her in different situations. I have recommended him to my daughter who also has a dog with a problem of reactive aggression toward other dogs. I highly recommend him and the staff at Alpha K9 U.

Alpha K-9, what we like about them is they exercise the dogs. They socialize the dogs. Their accommodations are they are not cages, they are like rooms. It's almost like a dog hotel. So, I feel very comfortable leaving our dog there.

They took great care of him and taught him a few new tricks. They were all very nice. I felt comfortable leaving my puppy there.

Great. I am very picky about who I train with with my dogs. Was very glad to find Keli and her staff. They are realistic and can help the more experienced dog owner or the first time. I have also boarded my puppy's there and have not used a kennel in 15 years. I have a sensitive dog and he was happy and in great weight when I picked home up. He's happy to go back when we go to class. Great swimming pool and lots of classes.

It's going well. Their classes are relatively small and they have some very good tips on training the puppy. We have a German Shepherd that is about 5 months old. We wouldn't have gone with them if their price wasn't reasonable.

This place is GREAT! We have a 6 month old bulldog/pit/boxer mix and lately he's had aggression issues - I signed him up for the puppy training class and walked in, he was already lunging at people and kids :( right then the staff took us aside and the owner Kelly worked with us in a private room and I've had 2 sessions with her and already I can see a HUGE improvement, I recommend this place to any and everyone - not only do they work on manners but also intro to swimming :) I couldn't be happier for choosing this place!

I had caught wind that this was the number 1 training facility in Indianapolis. We had been to a few other classes from other companies and they are in no comparison to Alpha K9 U. We paid for a few weeks worth of classes. Boomer (our dog) has been having serious issues with barking, growling, and pulling on the leash at other dogs and people. He is actually really friendly and just wants to play. We were sitting in the class waiting for everyone else to join when a trainer walked over to us and started helping us right away. Boomer could not handle himself with the other dogs around. The trainer helped us with getting a different type of collar and leash that would better assist our training. The whole class was VERY informative. They use positive reinforcement for training methods. Boomer has really taken the turn for the better and we are very excited about returning for the rest of the classes to see what else we can learn. I am very impressed with K9 U and now understand that they really are the best in the business. It is also great we were able to have a puppy playtime for about 10-20 minutes after the class and they also have a pool facility for swimming lessons. They even scheduled a seperate appointment for us to come in for a consulation to better assist our training. I seriously recommend them if you have issues with your puppy.

My dogs absolutely love Alpha K9. We have done obedience training and are regular grooming patrons. My dogs also are spoiled with daycare from time to time to get them out of the house. They have tons of fun playing with Laurie and other staff at Alpha.
The class we took with Keli was great. She's an expert dog trainer with many tips and tricks to help your relationship with your dog. Highly recommend!

It was good service.

It was great fun and Roger is wonderful. He is very patient and helpful. We went on vacation in September and it was great to watch the dogs on vacation jumping with no fear and we know this is because of the class. They limit the number of dogs that are in a class so you really know that you are going to get a lot of dock time and instruction.

They provide excellent, professional service. The classes are small, all the ones I took had less than 12 dogs. They get to know both you and your dog, and listen to the concerns you have and address them. There is a large variety of classes you can try so there is something to fit your need/schedule/interest. The staff is wonderful. Had tried another place but they averaged 40-60 dogs a class and there was no sense of individual attention and a lot of time wasted standing around. Here you get individual help and my dog has thrived. Totally recommend them.

They were just Amazing!! The training was very well done they really know dogs. They helped turned my dog around from a fighter to a dog we can keep. They kept him for a week boarding cost were very reasonable and competitive. Because I boarded the my dogs for a week they included the cost of the classes we took as well. Offered training while boarding did a marvelous job with my dog Bailey. They have enabled us to keep our dog and we are currently taking a second course with them to help further Baileys training. Very pleased with my experience.

Alpha K9 is a very clean facility and I have no doubt that my dogs were well taken care of. The staff is very professional and I was impressed at how nice the rooms were. They have different sized rooms and you can choose which kind you want. They also let the dogs out to play so that they are not just in their room all day. This was our second time leaving our dogs with them and we will definitely leave them there again.
