I was very pleased with the promptness and the sub pump seems to be working well. Regarding Value for money: I don't know why plumbers are so expensive. They have you over a barrel. All in all, I would use these guys again.

Dan was very prompt to come and give us a quote. Quote was half the quote given by another company. I called the same day and hired them. Dan said he would be here on Feb 5. He showed up around 7:45 am on Feb 5 and started work. He had the leak fixed and the hole filled in by 11:00 am. I would definitely hire Plumbing Doctors again!

I cant say enough how awesome Plumb Doctor was! i called in at 6 am for a busted water pipe ( when it was -30 outside ) and they have a tech out within 40 minutes. My highest praise goes to Vince H who was the gentleman that came out. He was super nice and walked me through everything that was going on. Thought he had it fixed and when he knew it wasn't just the 1 pipe we could see was busted, he continued to work until it was really fixed! Ended up needing to cut into the wall and replace 7 sections of pipe and took the time to show it all to me and explain what had happened! Again- thanks for being so professional Vince, was truly appreciated. If there is ever a plumbing need, i recommend this company and specifically Vince 1000%

Dan arrived on time, assessed problem, explained solution and cost. It took longer to find part due to rubbed bronze fixture ,he went to get fixture and installed. He even took care of calcium deposits around drain and adjusted stopper so it moved easier. Very impressed. Will definitely use Homeadvisor.com and Plumbing Doctors in the future.
