Lenny and Becky have shown they have been doing these installations for some time. Very professional, took great care to clean up after the work. Lenny explained the chair lift and functions very well. It is satisfying to know that I have a local professional in case of any problems. Advance Medical also carries walkers, and roll-a-tors.

Lenny was great at explaining any questions I had. He did grand work in a very timely manner, and was most friendly and accommodating. I recommend him to everyone needing his expertise!

He installed the equipment at my sisterâ s home so I have not seen it but she has expressed satisfaction with the installation. I was able to set up this ramp installation on the phone while still at the hospital with my husband. Mr Joseph sent me pictures, was very patient and professional with every aspect of the process. He was willing to go measure, plan and install the ramp even though I was not home. Everything he told me he would do was completed in the time frame he gave me. They came to my rescue with a much needed wheelchair ramp for my mother, even tho I was getting a wheelchair lift. It was not available immediately but they installed a temp ramp for us to use until the lift was available to install. Can't say enough about the timely and caring service we received.

This company allows you to rent the ramp which really made this project more feasable for us since it made it possible for my husband to come home. It is rather expensive but as to the othet alternatives it was the best choice for us.
