SATURN OF EVANSVILLE

My wife and I were looking to replace her car. Being a young couple, we didn't know what we wanted. We went to 2 other dealerships first, where we were ignored or treated like children. We decided to try Saturn because that is where we had purchased her car, but on the used lot. Our salesman, Rodney, was very nice and a pleasure to work with. He took his time to first listen to our needs and limitations ($$$) and then showed us several different models. He went over all the features and key selling points and didn't just try to talk to me, but talked to my wife more, since it was going to be her car. After looking at a few models, we sat down to work out the numbers. Saturn only has one price, the sticker price. It isn't artificially inflated to give you wiggle room with the sale person. They also have a no hassle policy which is very nice. We kind of worked backwards, knowing where we wanted our final payment to be, to see what we could afford. After comparing a few pricing options, my wife chose an Ion 2 with a moon roof. Rodney then explained the few additional warranty options available, including the interior/exterior option. Having a small child, this was a great option for us (we have since had the seat covers replaced twice due to stains!). We has a few small mis-communications during closing, but they were quickly resolved. Overall, it has been a great car and the sales & service was outstanding. We have since purchased a 2nd vehicle (2004 Vue) with Rodney and will most likely go back to him again in the future (I have my eye on a larger SUV)...
